It's astonishing that I have only been in this store twice, given the fact that I grew up in Brunswick...Anyway, i finally made it in. It's a smaller store, that feels like what you might encounter in a larger city. It was neat and clean. I couldn't really tell how aisles were organized, however, because I was browsing, it didn't stress me out. We encountered one staff member who "assisted" my sister and it was fine, very transactional, which is fine and again, what you might expect in a big city. Staff at the register were fast and efficient, didn't engage in too much conversation, just supportive of fruit pies I purchased. LOL They had a lot of offerings from some of our favorite local businesses! Standard Baking Company Little Lads Two Fat Cats Union Bagel The prices were competitive as well! They have fresh produce, meat, dairy, eggs, seasonings...pretty much everything you can find at Whole Foods but at a smaller more local scale. I can't wait to go back the next time in town.

We all got combos. The General Tso's chicken was the nicest surprise - nice quality chicken breast meat. I enjoyed my Thai Fried rice, however the flavors were a bit dull, however, I still enjoyed it. The Vegetable Gyoza was nice and flavorful. The dumplings were plump and delicious. Inside, was dark and didn't look like the dining area was open. When we walked in, we were acknowledged our order was processed and we were on our way. It was a very transactional experience. it's nice there was a parking lot. I might visit again, if someone is unable to eat MSG.

What a surprise! I was with a coworker in the area looking…read morefor lunch. Often to Joshua's, which was out of this world, expensive, a spinach salad for $24.99, a wilted salad at that. I'm not paying $25 for old spinach that you're calling wilted. We saw a little farmers market thing going on in a little park on the walk over to Joshua's but it had ended by the time we realized our mistake and tried to walk back. Then we spot this little hole in the wall. It looked like it was once a gas station Asian food restaurant. The front of the building read: Chinese, Japanese and Thai food. We like all of those things so we headed over and took a chance. They no longer offer table service, but there was a sign that said you're welcome to eat your food inside, so we did. The menu was like any other Asian restaurant, all the staples were there, the lunch specials that include your eggroll and soup, choice of fried rice or white rice. So we ordered a couple lunch specials. And two are surprised it was insanely good. It wasn't like fine dining Asian food, it was more like comfort Asian food. My pad Thai was real pad Thai, it was sweet and it was sour, it was the spice level I asked for! It did not taste like spicy dried peanut butter rubbed all over rice noodles. There was a fantastic sauce to it. The miso soup I ordered was light and refreshing, yet comforting, like something your mom would make. The outside of this building looks like it's going to make you sick, ignore that part and go inside.

The clam chowder was buttery and full of meat and potatoes, but could have used a bit of corn starch to thicken it up. The bacon wrapped scallops were good but could have used a maple glaze or thicker bacon to enhance the flavor of the bacon. The mozzarella sticks were gooey and full of cheese but needed a bit more seasoning in the breading. Overall, the food was tasty and not overpriced. This is a great place for a family lunch outing on a nice day. Service: The cashier was nice and helpful. Ambience: The restaurant has a small gift shop inside that has a bunch of cute gift options. There are multiple small picnic bench areas under an awnings and with a view of the water. This is a great spot and I look forward to trying out more of their menu.

Although a generous portion of scallops (no sides included) oil puddled at the bottom of the scallop dish. Disappointing but the flavors are there and I'd buy them fresh and sear at home. Would definitely come back for the fresh seafood (pack on ice) if in the area!

You can see the soup was so good, I finished it before I remembered to snap a photo! As I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, service was always available - and why this place wasn't packed is beyond me! They're currently remodeling the space, but still open, so maybe that scared away some people? Let's just say they missed out. Definitely recommend, definitely will come back.

While I was waiting in line to let the staff know I was picking up a DoorDash, they told me, "Go sit. We just told you it'll be done in a little while." I explained, "That was the other woman. I also have a DoorDash pickup for a different customer. The order is for ____." They rolled their eyes and pulled the curtain shut with obvious annoyance, as if it were somehow my fault that I had another pickup order. I've gotten food from here before. It was okay, nothing worth raving about, but the staff has been consistently rude every time I come in to pick up an order. They stare at you like you're a problem or like you're somehow invading their space. Honestly, I don't understand the attitude. Do you not want customers, or business? I really don't understand the logic behind treating people who are literally there to pay for (overpriced) food with such obvious annoyance. Basic courtesy goes a long way. In addition, the woman who walked in before me waited 15 minutes, AFTER I left, to pick up the order she was there for, and we had been sitting inside for at least 15 minutes to pick up the ord. (I parked across the street waiting for an order)
