When I arrived, I met Gianna & Marie up front. They greeted me and took me in immediately, the wait times was quick. I find them to be polite and professional. Interestingly, I bumped into a business contact, in the lobby, that I've known for decades, and he looked great. I saw noticeable improvements in him from seeing him months prior. Knowing that just made me feel even more confident about the service I was about to receive. I met Dr. Keswani, and she showed care, acumen, and has a sense of humor. She knows how to make me feel comfortable. She took her time. As per her recommendation, I tried Emsclupt body contouring treatment, for fat reduction and decided that same day to get a package for me along with my wife (who recently had a baby). I heard about the Laseraway Clear and Brilliant and decided to look into it. After a consultation and the aggressive sales pitch, I settled on a package of 6 treatments. They suggested 6-12 but I wanted to see the results after 6 before committing to 12 given the cost. After 5 - and following the instructions carefully - I saw no results. I was already frustrated at how every time I was there I was constantly waiting in the room after getting numbed and had to go into the lobby and remind them I was there. Deciding to just take this as a sunk cost, rather than waste my time with a 6th treatment given the ensuing downtime, I did a hydrofacial instead. Figured may as well get something for my $. During the hydrofacial, the nurse said I'd be a good candidate for the clear and brilliant for the age spots. Which just reaffirmed how utterly useless my investment in time and $ was. I brought up how I did 5 and she said minimum 12, which is news to me this was a minimum given I was told initially 6-12 would get me results. I was sold 6 as the minimum. After the hydrofacial, I received an email from Laseraway asking for feedback. I used this opportunity to give my honest opinion about how I felt it was ineffective and the sales pitch was dishonest. I spoke to someone and the pushback was I should have not been "cheap" and did 12 treatments rather than 6 AND did some add-on that would have cost more $. That's what it all boils down to. Results are only gotten if you do the max they offer but they will still offer and accept a lower package knowing it won't be effective. At worst, they get your $ for the 6. At best, they get you to fork over even more $ chasing results. Ok here comes the HUGE issue that I have. I was told during this feedback call that the nurse - who no longer works there and it sounded as if they let her go due to this but that's just speculation - who did my treatments did not follow procedures and rather than incrementally increase the strength of the lasers to generate results, she remained on the low level for 4/5 treatments and only on the 5th did she increase it. So I was effectively being robbed of potential results. I spoke to the representative who told me this and I asked how this situation would be rectified given this new information. She said she had a meeting with the management team that day and would call me back the following day to discuss next steps. Note: Following day. Well....... 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. So I reached out on my own for an update and also asked if I could just have my remaining $120 on my account credited back to me (the hydrofacial was less than the cost of the 6th clear and brilliant treatment, so I had credit) as recompense and we can just move on. What I got was an email that said all sales are final so I would not get any refund and, I quote directly from the email: "After discussing the situation, we cannot offer any further options or adjustments". Seriously. That's what the email said. So basically they admitted I got screwed over by ineffective treatments, heard my complaints and are actively choosing to do nothing. They wished me the best per their email. What amounts to a SORRY, NOT SORRY. I am so over this place that I won't even use my remaining $120. I refuse to do business with a place that won't make things right with their customers. Take that into account before you consider doing business here.

This was extremely disappointing, especially since they were aware of the situation before my treatment and chose not to say anything. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time.
