Upon entering, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and offered me water and or tea while explaining the process. Christina approached me immediately, and it was evident that she genuinely enjoys her work and attentively listens to her clients. I shared my concerns and past experiences, and she responded with expertise and thoroughness. Her explanations were clear, and her touch was incredibly gentle. I didn't experience any pain or bruising afterward. I'm definitely planning to return for more treatments. Thank you so much, Christina, for providing me with such an amazing experience.

Then later they sent me a reminder for my appointment so I texted the text line (it was after hours at that point) to make sure they actually canceled it, they didn't. Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

I arrived on time for my appointment. Upon arrival, Dr. Darush seemed different than usual and appeared somewhat distracted. During my appointment, he received a phone call on his personal cell phone and answered it. He then told me he needed to step outside to the parking lot. At that time, I had already been numbed and was waiting for the procedure to begin. Approximately 30 minutes passed while I remained in the treatment room. I became increasingly concerned and uncomfortable due to the length of time he was gone and the lack of explanation. I came out of the room to request a refund because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. Each time I came out, the nurse urgently told me that he would be back soon and repeatedly instructed me to return to the room. Her reaction made me feel even more uneasy, as I felt she was trying to prevent me from going out to the parking lot. When Dr. Darush eventually returned, his demeanor seemed completely different. He appeared upbeat and said, "Okay, let's do it!" He also returned with an unfamiliar man who remained in the waiting room. I did not know who this individual was, and his presence added to my discomfort. At that point, I told Dr. Darush that I no longer felt comfortable having him perform the procedure. I explained that his leaving for an extended period of time, combined with the circumstances surrounding his return, caused me to question whether I could trust him to perform a medical procedure on me safely. In response, Dr. Darush said, "I don't do drugs like you do." I was shocked by this statement. I do not use drugs and do not drink alcohol. I felt this comment was inappropriate, accusatory, and extremely concerning coming from a physician. After this interaction, I no longer felt that I could trust Dr. Darush to perform any procedure on me. I requested a refund, and he left the area, brought the same individual from the waiting room, and took him into a back office area that was not a medical treatment room. I cannot say what was happening, but the entire experience was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Given the circumstances, I believe this behavior warrants review. I am considering reporting this incident to the medical board because I am concerned about whether Dr. Darush is currently able to safely and professionally provide medical care to patients.
