I'm just back from another stellar cleaning done by the wonderful Michelle. She's part hygienist, part therapist. It's great to chat with someone, as hard as that may be during a dental procedure, who listens and empathizes with my petty concerns. She is very gentle and attentive to how I'm reacting to whatever is being done. If my feet are squirming, she knows something is bothering me and adjusts. Drs Shawn and Jon are also pleasant during the after cleaning checkup. Dr Shawn was the one who brought my smile back after all those years of neglect.
