If you're left to deal with a house full of items and you don't know what to do these are the guys to call. They went through everything and all they asked was that you remove anything you don't want sold. That's all you have to do literally. When everything is put on your shoulders and you have these guys show up and basically take over this aspect of emptying a house packed to the brim with stuff for 50 years, oh it's worth it ! House was left completely empty and swept out, amazing. The guys are friendly. I can't say enough good things. Thank you Marc & crew.

No staff in each room, no security, high cost items were admittedly stolen (they walked out the door) because of their lack of attention and care. Their sleazy patrons are thrift store resellers so they give your treasures away for nothing. Beware...you won't make any money using these guys, in fact it will cost you quite a bit, but for sure they will certainly make money from you. They don't even like working with each other and had several arguments about money and how to run their business that I witnessed. Unprofessional and dishonest scammers to say the least.

So my grandma died a few years ago and I was a little short of paying for the funeral and brought…read moresome of her scrap gold into this guy. A mix of 10, 14 and 18k stuff. All in nice condition. I brought the death certificate and will with me just in case he got cute and tried to offer me pennies on the dollar like the gold was hot. Well that's exactly what he did. He literally offered me well below market value for gold at the time, tried to tell me gold was now selling at the price of silver and that the market had crashed, meanwhile gold was at an all time high and his whole spiel was nothing more than a bunch of malarkey intended to defraud me. Knowing the actual market for gold I declined his offer and went to a reputable gold buyer in East Meadow called EMPIRE who actually offered me market value and helped me make sure I was able to pay for the funeral in full. Do yourself a favor and splurge on a cab ride to east meadow you'll make double or triple what you would have from this guy.

I bought a watch from this guy Jeff on 11/22/14 on ebay for $1,431.00 (ebay item #371190222405). I…read morepaypalled the total using ebays' checkout only to get an email from this guy stating that he will not ship the watch I had already paid for until I paid him $127.00 MORE in taxes on so he can ship it... This additional fee is usually done at checkout or when placing a bid before an auction is over so someone bids accordingly if tax is a requirement!! Anyways, I paid the additional fee. I received the watch in the mail on 11/26/2014 and immediately upon opening the package I can see that the silver part of the watch hands are damaged due to permenant moisture/water damage. In the auction description, the seller only stated that the crystal was just replaced and did not mention why or did not mention any further issues with the watch, this should have been a red flag as you only replace severly scratched, damaged or cracked crystals on watches... When I tried to pull out the watch time adjusting crown in order to check the time and date adjustment and hand movements THE STEM AND CROWN COMPLETLY DETACHED FROM THE CASE/MOVEMENT!!!! I immediately contacted the seller within 8 minutes of signing for this package and he stated that "you have to unscrew the crown from the case first, not pull on it", WRONG.,This watch uses an eta 2824-2 movement that is a push/pull type, not a screw in type! I took this watch to the manufacturer in Queens and he gave me an estimate of $380.00 as the movement needed to be replaced due to damage as well as the hands, part of that fee ($130.00) was to polish the steel case and band though, which would mean I would have to pay $250.00 more to get this watch working as it completely stopped ticking/moving. When I contacted the seller, Jeff, emailing him pictures of the billed, paid invoice along with pictures of the replaced parts, he seemed to not care and insisted that it was fully functioning when he sent it, he said that he would not pay 1/2 of this fee which is what I proposed and that he would offer only a $75.00 refund only if I left positive feedback for him on ebay and purchased from him in the future. I refused as this transaction has been anything but positive from him. I would not recommend a watch purchase from this guy on line at all as he has proven to be dishonest and refuses to admit shipping a lemon of a watch.
