    Grand canyon

We had a wonderful experience on our private Grand Canyon tour. Our guide, Rick, was extremely knowledgeable and made the trip both enjoyable and educational. He stopped at all the important viewpoints and shared fascinating information about the history of the Grand Canyon and how it was formed. The tour was very well organized, and we never felt rushed. Lunch, snacks, and refreshments were provided, which made the day even more comfortable and enjoyable. Traveling in a small minivan made the experience more personal and convenient.

We took the tour from Flagstaff to Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and Antelope Canyon. It was a great day trip. Our tour guide was friendly and great. He explained a lot and took care of our group.

What a great tour to be a part of as our guide Will was the icing on the cake. He was very detailed in everything he spoke about to us. The guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed the four places that we ended up going to, such as the trading post, horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon dam, and the Antelope Canyon. Learning about all four sites was great, too. I learned so much about the Navajo tribe and it was so interesting to hear from their perspective. I highly suggest taking this tour as they plan everything for you and even serve you lunch.

My family of 14 went to the Grand Canyon and our guides Will & Rick, made it EVERYTHING! Very knowledgeable & personable! We had a delicious picnic and saw the most amazing creation.

In the end it is a hole in the ground, but the most beautiful, spectacular, peaceful, and amazingly gorgeous views. Worth the whole drive the time and taking a day everything well worth it. Also, when busy season can be up to 2 hours to get through the gate. Buses go just about everywhere so hope on the they go by color run every 15 so you can pick a color and adventure and go. We were on the south side the north was closed due to water. Bring water bottles and hats and sun screen can refill bottles restrooms were around. Was a wonderful day. Lots to do from morn till night. Had different trips depending on your comfort and time you wish to spend at the park super awesome

My wife and I took about a 9.5 hour tour with Grand Canyon Adventures from Flagstaff to Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon dam & Antelope Canyon. Ryan was our guide and he was fantastic in every way. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful etc. etc. etc. All aces. The destinations were all amazing and well worth the time and effort. They provided a water bottle with unlimited refills and snacks on the bus. They also provided a sandwich picnic lunch at the dam. The van was comfortable and we had plenty of clean restroom breaks along the way. We departed at 8:00 am and got back at about 5:30 pm, just in time for a great dinner at Josephines, recommended by Ryan. We highly recommend this tour if you have not visited this part of the USA yet.

First of all, words and photos cannot begin to describe the grandeur of the Grand Canyon... all 277 miles of it. Drove into Flagstaff on a whim, and booked a tour with GCA for the following day. Our guide was John, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, especially on very esoteric points of geology. I've got some homework to do now after having discussed the strange "missing" billion years of rock in the canyon... the "Great Unconformity." Very, very interesting stuff.

What can you say. Our tour guide, Ryan, was personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. What are waiting for? Spend the $$..leave the driving to them, sit back and ENJOY you Grand Canyon visit. I would do this trip again next time we are in flagstaff.

The tour guides will take a picture for you if you're a solo traveler, like me!

Do not book a tour with ANYONE ELSE! the tour guides in this group know their stuff! While on vacation in northern AZ I've spent a lot of time on tours. This one was the best! My tour guide, Cory was knowledgeable, entertaining, and really cared what his group wanted to see, do, and hear about. Took an all day tour, starting from Flagstaff, into horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. The 11-hour tour, never got boring, had just the right amount of stops, and the perfect amount of time at each location to take photos! This tour company will go out of their way to accommodate, and make every guest experience an A++. I suggest you book any tour with this company you will definitely get your money's worth!

Our guide David met us early at Under Canvas in a comfortable van that was stocked with a fantastic variety of cold drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks that started the trip off right. It was exceptionally hot the day we scheduled our tour and we were concerned that we would have a difficult time with the heat. Our tour included our nine year old son and we were also worried he would be bored. David really made the trip enjoyable despite the heat. We were able to really get a sense of the majesty of the Grand Canyon through its wondrous beauty, its history, the danger it can present to the unprepared, as well as his relationship to the park. Highlights are many but included: * David made sure our first view of the park was breathtaking * We avoided the crowds (big win!) * Lunch was on a tablecloth, was delicious and included all the accoutrement * Sunset wine toast with charcuterie and cheese * Mindfulness moment to pause and reflect on the grandeur of the Grand Canyon The biggest highlight though was that our nine year thought David was the coolest guy which meant he was totally into the experience. We are looking forward to having All Star handle our next tour.

I was the less experienced hiker and wanted my sister to be able to enjoy the hike without worrying about me. So, I hired Four Seasons Guides for a day hike in February. We had a wonderful experience, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Our guide, Steve, was charming, knowledgeable, very experienced, and took very good care of us. We had our own packs and poles, but he had some on hand just in case. Breakfast fruit and muffins were provided as well as a hot lunch set up as a picnic and snacks for the trail. My sister was anxious to get on with the hike, and I was always stopping to look at the view or ask Steve some random question about canyon geology or history (which he always knew the answer to). Somehow, due to his expertise and great people skills, we both came away thinking we each had the perfect day. Steve took away all the worry about the weather, route, wildlife (there were elk on the trail and several donkey trains passed us) and made the hike much more fun and interesting. Also, other experienced local hikers that we met on the trail let us know that Four Seasons Guides were the best and we were in good hands. If you want a fun, worry free day I highly recommend them.

They picked us up from our hotel, made several stops including clean bathroom breaks and couple gift shops. Overall, the tour was amazing. Although we only spent 45 minutes at a horseshoe Bend, we were able to take some awesome pictures and walk around. But definitely the highlight was Antelope Canyon. You can only go on a tour here with the Navajo guide and our guide Ray was fantastic. We spent about 1.5 hours at lower Antelope Canyon. He really made the tour fun, informative, and he took the best pictures. The photos do not do it justice. The experience was just unreal. Each term that we took we were in awe. The downside was our tour guide Brandon. Although he was very friendly, he didn't seem that knowledgeable. Maybe he was having an off day but there were a couple times that he stopped mid sentence while telling a fact and even ended a fun fact with blah blah blah to finish up his sentence. At one point, he even started chewing on a candy or something while hooked up to the microphone. This was really annoying. We still had a very great day just a couple things that didn't make it a five star experience. Did you have a lot of options for tours and their office is located centrally in the uptown area.
