We used this booking company through VRBO and had to cancel our reservation 3 days prior to arrival…read moreand 7 days prior to departure. We understood that we would not get our rental fee back but they refused to refund the cleaning fee. They were completely inflexible and preferred to take our money for a service they were not giving. There are better options in Winter Park- please use a different booking company.

I wish I could give them less than one star. I thought I would plan a really nice family christmas…read moreweek there so I started early with reserving the condo in AUG 2025. It was very expensive $4797.59 for 4 nights. Since Winter Park collected monies for the trip insurance for Spot, and I was SPECIFICALLY TOLD ON AUG 24 2025 on the phone while booking my christmas reservation that "the trip including insurance was FULLY REFUNDABLE" prior to 22 days before arrival. I recieved an email yesterday 9-4-25 from SPOT which I assumed at first glance was junk marketing. I then noticed it said action needed. I was confused by this and called Winter Park. It was very confusing because I assumed everything was good since I specifically asked for trip ins to be put on the trip. I filled in names of the travelers online and thought it was all good. It seems QUITE DECEIVING on the part of WP to collect over $317 and NOT add the actual ins for each person to the trip? This is SENSELESS! It is NOT THE CUSTOMER who contracted a 3rd party, and I did not pay the 3rd party. I paid Winter Park for trip coverage. Winter Park sends so many marketing emails that anyone who reserves might miss the SMALL PRINT or an email. Since the scheduled trip is months away, it seems as though this is an opportunity to RIP OFF people who reserve and buy trip insurance and then find out on DAY 11, that they somehow did not correctly complete creating an account with SPOT to add names of travelers. It was UNCLEAR since I paid $317 to WINTER PARK for insurance, that you must take time to go create an account with their 3rd party SPOT. This is absurd, senseless and time consuming. WInter Park should have sent a warning email (reminding customers to add travelers if not done) but even more so, WINTER PARK SHOULD ADD THE TRAVELERS AT THE RESERVATION and this could have been avoided. I may have then kept all 5 of my reserved stays (each with trip ins) and totaling well above $10K. Instead I called and canceled each one. This experience with them was SO BAD that I canceled ALL future reserved stays and I am writing this to warn future possible customers. When I first called Winter Park on DAY 11 after booking DEC to explain that I just then received an email from SPOT and was totally confused, they pushed it off and told me to contact SPOT. SPOT told me to contact Winter Park and back and forth it went. They both REFUSED to refund the $317. This policy is UNFAIR, UNCLEAR given the timing of the future trip. They've lost me as a customer forever, and just to be clear from this point going forward, I will return to EPIC for skiing. If you do ski winter park, I suggest looking into several other alternatives for lodging. There are many other BETTER options, and they do have more fair policies on cancellations.

They are highly investment and real estate-focused for owners, with offerings from short, mid and long-term rentals with a deep understanding of the local market. They have phenomenal service and they work very hard. The best part about them is they are reachable and just wonderful people, outside of their successful business. Property management is such an old-school industry, but Kate and Charles are dynamic, and smart and understand the needs of landlords and owners, so they can help maximize return. I rent a condo in Fraser, near Winter Park, and they helped me renovate the condo after it was neglected for 12 years by a low-paying long-term tenant. They introduced me to a great contractor who flipped the property and then found a local builder who needed housing for his management crew to rent my place for top rents in 2022. They do regular property checkups and carefully vet tenants for long-term rentals. They are hands down the best I have worked with and I use 3 other property managers in different cities and wish they all could run like Snowcapped.

Renters would say they…read moredidn't have extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags and the owner of Extreme Cleaning would say that the cleaners had stocked them and that they would charge a trip fee to go and drop off more supplies. We had about 3 renters contact us about not having extra toilet paper or supplies that were supposed to be restocked with each cleaning. We were never notified of broken items in the condo such as after the cleaners had broken the coffee maker. We only found out after our our renters contacted us and we had to get the renters a coffee maker to use during their stay. The coffee table was also broken as well as a blind in the master bedroom that we were not told about, instead we got "no damage" report after every cleaning and only found out from renters of the issues. We had renters tell us that the floors and countertops weren't wiped down and were dirty. A few times we would go up after the cleaners had cleaned and found that the dining room table wasn't wiped down, the coffee table was also dirty, there was dust in various places such as the light fixtures, around and on the tv and mantle, carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed with small bits of stuff found on the floor as well as an obvious beer bottle label by the fireplace. Soap dispensers were often almost empty. We had to ask if there were any supplies getting low and would get late responses after we already restocked everything. Towels left out were inconsistent, one time we found only 1 face towel was left in each bathroom after a cleaning, as well as towels that were not ours and that weren't matching in color were set out. No accountability for missing linens. When asked about where missing linens were the response we got was that they have someone do their laundry and that sometimes linens get mixed up and or that renters probably took them or threw them away. Overall poor attention to detail, our guess is they spent 30-45 minutes cleaning a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

I have also recommended them to several of my friends that have condos in Winter Park and Fraser and they have all thanked me for helping them find a great cleaning company. They have also gotten us out of a bind more than once with last minute cleans and taking supplies over when the guests run out of something. I highly recommend this company.

He's amazingly hardworking, and very quick to respond, and always on the ball. And when I say responsive and quick to move, we saw maybe 10+ houses a week for a little over a month before eventually closing. A lot of those were scheduled within a day or two of seeing the house being listed as well. Apart from the standard realtor stuff, he dug into all the details of the house, following up on any old structural reports, as well as getting a structural engineer friend to help give a cursory look into possible foundation issues. Taylor was also very knowledgeable about general house maintenance and what to look out for, such as uneven flooring as a possible indicator in the ground shifting. He is responsive and helpful even after making the sale, helping get references for any work that needs to be done both pre-offer and post-closing. In fact, we're pretty certain the lender he recommended was crucial in winning the offers we made, since Zenith even calls the seller to reassure them of a fast close, as well as lay out the closing details to make the offer even stronger. Of the 4 offers we made, 2 were accepted. One ended up having foundational issues which Taylor helped us navigate. Never did he pressure us to push through on the bad house, and all the comps he pulls are good and reasonable, and we were confident with each offer we made. I can heartily recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a house in today's current market, especially as a first time homeowner. He gives a very informative, no pressure counsel and definitely looks out for his clients instead of focusing on making a sale.
