He and "his" subs were unprofessional, unqualified, unprepared, and unskilled. We hired Roverto Santamaria to build our pool with a down payment in March of 2021. He paints a pretty picture of the project to get your money but beware, he is not equipped to finish the job in a professional manner. He consistently over promises and under delivers and downright lies. He is not communicative and will ignore phone calls and texts and emails. We also suffered through dozens of no-shows from him and his subcontractors. He took our money and never finished his CONTRACTUAL obligations to us. We now have to find someone to correct his copious mistakes and finish the project including inspections and closing out the permit.
