Yes, the nighttime dining is legitimately good -- credit where it's due. The problem is everything between lunch and dinner, when your food options mysteriously shrink to pizza, burgers, and greasy leftovers. If you want something light, fresh, or remotely healthy, you're out of luck until your dinner seating saves you. Add in wall-to-wall crowds, constant lines, and zero quiet space, and it feels less like a relaxing cruise and more like navigating a floating theme park during peak season. For the price, you'd expect comfort, variety, and flexibility. Instead, you get great dinners, frustrating afternoons, and the ongoing realization that you paid a premium to be mildly annoyed for most of the day. Disney magic at night. I never felt overcrowded and even though the ship is old, all of the renovating they've done still makes it appear brand new. Super easy access to characters. Their navigator app is super helpful and extremely user friendly. And don't even get me started on the staff/customer service. I have NEVER run across a staff member that didn't make me feel like a million bucks. I don't know how Disney does it, but they always have the BEST staff, whether on land or sea. The Disney Magic was awesome. The AquaDunk was so dang cool. I could've gone on that water slide over and over again. Great pool areas for all ages. The shows? Forget about it. I LOVED them all. They are broadway caliber and can think of nothing to improve them. We have a 12, 8 and 3 year old and they all had the best time. My 8 year old was OBSESSED with kids club and if we would've let him, he could've stayed in there the entire time. super safe and so many fun activities for the kids. Castaway Cay= a slice of heaven. I could've stayed there forever. Snorkeling, biking the island, stingrays, all the water activities, etc. I could go on forever. We snorkeled for 2 hours and found all the hidden items and we even swam with a turtle for about 15 minutes. It was incredible. We can't wait to go back out and experience another cruise with Disney. We will never cruise any other way. Can't wait to see what new ships Disney comes out with in the next few years!!

You will avoid having to pay for Uber/ Lyft/ Taxis etc and that can add up fast. This bus is free for Disneyland goers. Since I was in town for a conference, I had to pay for transportation to and from my hotel to that location. And then when I went to Disneyland, was able to use the Disney bus/ transportation. This is a life saver if you don't mind public transportation!

A magical express employee scanned our band and directed us to the right line. Before you knew it, we were in a bus headed to our first hotel! The bus itself has some Disney cartoons for you to enjoy while you embark on their bus. Getting on this bus really gives you the ultimate Disney experience and at no additional cost. Hey, you're paying all this money anyway, might as well take advantage of the free perks they have to offer!

I really just can't give Disney anything less than 5 stars for any of their transportation because…read morethey are just so darn efficient. Disney makes everything easy! The buses here will take you to any of the other Disney Parks and also to any of the Disney Resorts. The most I've ever had to wait for a bus was about 10 minutes, but it's generally even faster than that. There are signs posted everywhere so you'll know where you need to go to catch the particular bus you need. There are also Cast Members available to assist you as well. Buses do not go to Downtown Disney from here. If that's your destination, you'll need to go to a Disney Resort first and then take a bus to DTD. One last tip: If you are wanting to go to Epcot, The Swan & Dolphin Resort, The Boardwalk Resort, or The Yacht and Beach Club, there's a ferry you can take instead of the bus. it is sometimes the faster option. If you are looking to go to the World Showcase at Epcot and want to bypass the front of the Park, then definitely take the ferry because it will drop you at the back entrance to Epcot between France and the UK.

Once I had questions or concerns, it became very difficult to get a response, and I had to follow up multiple times just to receive an answer. I was also promised onboard dining as part of my booking, but when I boarded the ship, the dining credit was not there. When I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, the experience became even worse. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this travel agency. Good customer service shouldn't end once the booking is complete.
