Jennifer has a positive attitude that's contagious. Communication is timely. I love her honesty. She has a talent for blending items that were my grandmother's with more contemporary pieces and visa versa by finding antiques that add style and warmth to new purchases. To be honest, I was a little overwhelmed with the thought of creating a home that reflected our tastes without taking years to do it. Once she had those facts, she quickly pulled together 3 different concepts that leveraged my existing furniture. I was amazed that Jennifer could take the limited information I gave her and turn it into a fabulous concept. Once we agreed on the new pieces, she handled the ordering, delivery and installation like a professional. From start to finish the project was perfect. Jennifer was also instrumental in a redesign of my guest bedroom. Jennifer met with me, toured the room, took measurements and established my budget. She carefully incorporated pieces that I owned and loved and amped up the design with carefully selected linens, furniture and finishing touches. While Brie gave me the opportunity to weigh in on the decor, I chose to leave the choices to her and she chose furnishing that fit the nature of the house and the demographics of the neighborhood. Brie and Marc installed the settings and then removed them in timely manners and left the house spotless after both visits. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Paid for a deep clean as we have been remodeling . Many areas in the upstairs were left untouched…read moreand still very dusty. I provided feedback. They explained it was likely due to them not being familiar with the home. And also said the dust bunnies left under the middle of the dining room table were likely stuck to the chair legs. (But they were literally in the middle of the floor under the table). They did offer to come back and reclean a couple days later but that didn't work in my schedule so I just cleaned it myself. I sent photos of the missed areas to be clear about what was missed. I was told open feedback was welcome. They were supposed to come back and clean monthly. A couple days after I confirm scheduling for their next cleaning (yes I was willing to give it another chance) I get an email that they won't be returning as we aren't a fit. The complaint included that I was unable to get on the phone and talk to them (I'm on the phone all day with work so couldn't answer when they called so provided everything to them in text message). -and that they were frustrated I cleaned the areas myself rather than having them come back at an inconvenient time for me. I didn't ask for any of my money back from the deep clean and was willing to have them back to try regular cleaning. Go ahead and give them a try but when they miss areas be prepared that they will just cancel you rather than taking the feedback and improving. Very unprofessional.

I had to place air fresheners throughout the house to mask the smell of the couches she used on the main level of our home. We could have bought the furniture and given it to a charity after the sale of our home for less than what we paid her and I wish we had. Finally her interaction with us was very harsh. Her emphasis on paying within days of the invoice date indicates that her company is running on a thread. I do not recommend Ready to Sell. There are many other staging companies in Portland that will do a much better job for you.

I contacted Jared with Streamline after our flooring contractor stopped work due to unlevel…read moresubflooring. Jared came out on the 4th of July to take a look at it. He said that he could fix it, but he was booked out 6-8 weeks. With the flooring not complete upstairs, we were living out of our living room with our 2 month old baby. I ask him if there was any openings in his schedule to please give us a call. Finding another contractor around the holiday was almost impossible. Sure enough he followed up with me that following Monday and said he could get me in. Him and his team worked longer days that entire week, just to be able to get to us! Not only did they do an amazing job- But the way they took care of us, truly reflects on the type of people work for this company. I plan to use them for our rental properties and any other flooring projects in the future!

The rental company decided the interior needed a major update, and took it off the market pending updates. I hired an interior design company to select some refinishes, which we did. But the selections left the home looking and feeling cold and lacking texture. So I brought Tamara in for a re-decoration over the weekend. She skillfully moved and re-arranged the family's existing furnishings, artwork, ceramics, photos, and textiles to improve flow, warm up the space, add texture and layering. I couldn't believe the difference, and I didn't have to spend the trust's money on new furnishings and decorations. A huge win! Thanks, Tamara!

Moving is stressful. Moving a 97-year-old into assisted living, while having to downsize her…read morebelongs considerably, is especially so. Move Makers (Heidi as "Move master," ably assisted by Christina and Zack) were exceptional with the logistics of planning, packing, directing the movers, and then unpacking. But beyond that, they addressed the emotional content of the process with grace, humor and dedication. We can't imagine a better experience than what we had. Not only did everything happen on schedule, but the key comment from our 97-year-old at the end was, "It looks like someone lives here, and that someone is me." While there were many anecdotes we could share, here are just two: 1. With downsizign a challenge, Heidi and team were adept at suggesting not only what should go - to Goodwill, Community Warehouse, or Consignment, etc., but "why." That helped overcome the natural trendency to try to hold onto too much. But they also were flexible in saying, "If you want it in your new place, we'll do our best to find a way, even if it doesn't look good that it will fit." By not forcing the issue, they let the outcome speak for itself, as in "We got it here, but you can see there isn't anyplace we can squeeze it in. Let's put it back on the truck before they leave for Community Warehouse." 2. In putting everything away on "unpacking day" they realized our 97-year-old would struggle more than most trying to find things, especially in the kitchen. The simple solution was painter's tape on every drawer and cabinet with a brief description of what's inside. No scavenger hunt was required. As the "movee" becomes acclimated, she'll simply pull off the tape. Listing just two examples doesn't do the team justice - but rather than ramble on we'll just say this: "Don't even think about it. Hire these folks!"

I was overwhelmed with where to begin, but she helped us sort through everything so much faster than I thought possible. Remodeling my floating home was something I wanted done, but not something I wanted to do. Jackie returned my call to inquire the same day, and put me at east right away with her friendliness, competence, and confidence. After a lovely a phone conversation, followed by a visit to my home to tour the space, I knew in my heart that I'd lucked into something wonderful. From literally day one through the final walk-through, Jackie made me feel completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the industry, exemplary taste, and deep commitment to my comfort with every decision never wavered. She truly listened to me, spent countless hours talking me through each step, and continuously impressed me with her ability to keep straight the countless details a full-house remodel entails. Jackie's communication skills are exemplary. She provided me with updates almost every day and held fast to the timeline she set early on. Throughout the several months we worked together, there was never a challenge that arose that Jackie wasn't right on top of.
