She absolutely crushed it again, going above and beyond to get my stuff sorted by discard, donate or keep lists. She expertly disassembled bed frames, carefully packed up my fragile items (LOTS of them), and purchased boxes and other moving supplies before she began. Cari donated my chosen items to charity and discarded my rejects, and never appeared judgmental when I absolutely couldn't part with my mom's ancient Guardian Ware roasting pan set, despite my admission that I've never actually used it! She is experienced and understands how hard it is to part with some things, but also will respectfully help you decide if you ask her to. So my not being there wasn't a huge issue in the end, and I felt so relieved hiring Cari to take this on when I couldn't. Her prices are reasonable and she is worth every penny. The owner said we have different perspectives of clean and she was there so she knows they were vacuum and mopped. I was quoted 150 for the first cleaning and was told it would go down after that because the first one takes them longer and then the matnence visits would be about 125. Now they say if I want my floor cleaner then I needed to pay 250 for a deep clean and they would steam clean the floors. I was originally told the discoloration on the tubs may take more then one visit but there was no mention of multiple visits which I was fine with. I was able to just wipe the floors down with a wet cloth and all the missed spots came up so it did not need a deep clean. I have included some pictures of what the bathroom and kitchen floors looked like after the clean.
