Optional to open the wall by the tub so you can watch TV from the tub

This hotel truly lives up to its name! As of May 2025, I learned that Grand Hyatt Manila is the tallest building in the country. I loved the location of this hotel in BGC as it was walking distance to malls and many great places to eat. I felt safe walking around even at night time. SERVICE: The service here is unmatched (although I'd like to shout out that most Filipino workers we've encountered, especially in places like this, were hard workers). From the moment you step out of your vehicle, there are people immediately helping you get out your luggage, helping you to check in, and getting you situated. Check in took a little time for us since my mom and I requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and thankfully, they did. I can't comment too much on turn down services since we chose to leave the Do Not Disturb sign on during our whole stay. GRAND CLUB: Super worth it to get with your reservation. Located on the 57th floor, the view was amazing. We took advantage of the Grand Club every morning for breakfast and almost every afternoon for the "happy hour" and hor d'oeuvres. The employees always greeted us with a smile and were very accommodating. The breakfast everyday had a noodle and omelette station. My favorite was their fresh Taho and the traditional Filipino delicacies like Suman and Puto. They had a wide variety of food and we really looked forward to coming here every morning. ROOM: My husband and I originally booked a room with club access and we got upgraded to the Deluxe King room on the 56th floor. We had a nice corner suite equipped with its own walk in closet, separate toilet room with its own sink, and bathroom with tub that faced the window (and had the option to open the wall so you can watch TV from the tub). I really appreciated that they had ample mirrors and many toiletries already available. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the Illy coffee/espresso machine in the room. GYM/POOL: The gym was pretty big and I was surprised to see machines/equipment that you don't expect from a hotel gym such a rowing machine, free barbell rack (not a smith), and a separate room with mirrors to do your own workouts. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but they had an Olympic size pool with 4 lanes and a kiddie pool. If we had time, we would've loved to enjoy it. OVERALL: We had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Manila. I will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to the Philippines!

We loved our stay here in Manila! The location is great with a mall really close and lots of food options close too. It is located in BGC which is a nice area of Manila that I was eager to explore! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the staff, they opened up the doors to a big, beautiful lobby. As we were checking in, they even gave our kids a special plushy airplane pillow. Our room was so nice. We had a great view of the city since the Grand Hyatt is the tallest building in the Philippines! Housekeeping would come every day and kept our room nice and tidy. It really did feel luxurious staying here with the Balmain shampoo, soap, and conditioner and the Nespresso coffee maker in our room. The hotel has lots to offer besides just their rooms. They have a rooftop pool and a kiddie pool. I liked hanging out up here, they had cabanas to sit inside! On the same floor of the rooftop pools, they've got a spa. They also have tons of any options for dining and a fitness center. On the top floor is a rooftop bar and restaurant (a great place to go for a special occasion or date night, they have a dress code), in the lobby area there is a cafe with many yummy pastries and sweet treats. They also have a buffet that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with probably 5 other restaurants in the hotel! The hotel was much bigger than I expected it to be. Really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) in Manila for 4 nights to start our trip to the PH. At check in, Ariah was so nice and helpful. We also had a nice chat w/ Maia, who was very friendly and spoke good English. Maia also gave us a great rec for a casual Filipino food nearby. I reserved a Grand Suite that was approximately 775 sf. The suite inc a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, full bath and a separate restroom w/ a toilet. Both toilets were Toto models w/ heated seats. More importantly, the suite gave you access to the Grand Club. Hotel clubs/lounges are not that common in the US. However, in Asia clubs/lounges are very special. The GC offered full breakfast, snacks & drinks all day, and a Happy Hour from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. All of the food was really good, and the staff were super nice and attentive. Funny story: One morning they served siapao (char siu bao, steamed pork buns). I jokingly told the chef, Patty, "Finally some Filipino food. But where is the longsilog?" Next thing you know, I had longsilog at my table every day for the remainder of our stay. Thats great service! The Grand Suite I stayed in was the best room I have stayed in around the world. Keep in mind, I have stayed at all the competitor's top brands: Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Waldorf Astoria and Intercontinental. In addition, the staff was the most professional and friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If I return to Manila, the only place I will stay at is the Grand Hyatt.

We loved the location, cleanliness and service of this hotel. Located right near BGC, where you can walk everywhere. Our room was in the 50th floor and the views of the Manila skyline was amazing. The service was great, anything we needed they were able to accommodate (for example I needed a converter for my international hair straightener) would def stay here again!

My wife and I stayed in Grand Hyatt hotel for 4 nights. We both give this place a 3/5 stars. Our first impression of this place is absolutely grand as you walk in. Their set up and how the lobby is designed is incredible. The roof top bar is nice, it gives you a great view of the city. Their food options here does not par with Conrad Hotel, which we also stayed at for 3 nights. The food's acceptable, but not grand, or something that you would remember. The view of the hotel from the room gives you a spectacular city view the higher you are, especially at night time. We stayed at 52nd floor and 53rd floor respectively. We had to move because our first room in the 52nd floor had bugs. Yes, it had bugs. Little black bugs, whatever they were. We notified hotel staff and they upgraded our room to a deluxe room on 53rd floor. Still not acceptable. A 5 star hotel with bugs. Further, we notified this hotel for a fan months in advance when we booked it. My wife needs a fan for white noise when we sleep. The hotel couldn't accommodate that. Conrad Hotel, another 5-star hotel that we stayed in, easily accommodated that request without even including it in our booking notes. Some hotel staff and the general people here seems to be incredibly snottier compared to the rest of the country. My wife and I dress and live very modestly, or I even dress like I don't care what people think of me lol because I truly don't. We felt as if you get treated accordingly to how you dress. It's quite funny because my wife and I are in early 30s and currently in top 5% of net worth in our age group. But we felt judge by how we dress when we probably have more money then most of them lol. A place you must absolutely visit when you're here is the American Cemetery and Memorial. Even if you haven't served a day in the military. The greenery, layout, and history of it all will make it worth it.

I love love love the Grand Hyatt in Manila! This building is currently the tallest building in the Philippines and offers luxury rooms with a view of the city. The location is unbeatable being so close to so many restaurants and centered right in the business and social hub of BGC. So beautiful and comfortable - this place really made our stay in Manila!

The grand hyatt is worth your money. The room was very spacious and clean. The facility is very modern. Hotel staff were all so friendly and nice. We had one meal at the grand buffet and the selection was enormous ranging from local cuisine, chinese, spanish, american. Also the hotel has a little bakery/coffee shop at the ground floor which was so convenient if you want a grab and go place. The hotel is also centrally located amongst some of the biggest shopping centers in BGC. Extremely convenient and walkable.

Enjoyed staying a week at the Grand Hyatt Manila, a luxury five star hotel, just $125 a night which is a great deal! Checking in was easy and my room included free breakfast at the Grand Kitchen and breakfast was delicious each time. Very helpful staff and concierge services - ordered airport pick-up and drop off, very convenient and reliable. My corner unit room on the 51st floor was large and spacious with a nice view of the city. Large bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The toilet was in a separate room. The king size bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Laundry service was quite easy and fairly cheap. Fill out the form, dial 0 for pick up, if before 10 am, delivered by 5 pm that same day as a regular request. The 24 hour/7 fitness center had everything I needed. Plenty of dumbbells, five treadmills, a few elliptical machines, and a separate yoga/stretching room. Drinks by the pool and at the Cellar were always refreshing and so were the appetizers and entrees.

Wow....what a fabulous hotel this is. This is one of the best Grand Hyatts I have ever stay at. I was able to stay in one of their corner suites thanks to my brother's Hyatt status (thanks, brother!) on our last couple of nights in the Philippines. The accommodations were amazing - huge, CLEAN room with super comfy king bed, soaking tub, separate toilet with bidet, large walk in shower, walk in closet with safe, living area, and amazing views of Manila. They also have a delicious buffet at a reasonable price.

Complimentary toiletries

I loved my three-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila. It was truly a first-class experience. The guest room felt like a small apartment. It had a toilet room, along with two bathrooms--one with a walk-in shower with a rain shower fixture and another with a bathtub/shower combo. The room was stocked with complimentary toiletries, water, and banana chips. It also had an Illy coffee maker, a Japanese tea set, and a mini fridge. In addition, my family and I had access to the club lounge, which offers all-day refreshments as well as breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. The mealtimes provided a variety of options, and since we're not big eaters, we ended up not needing to eat out most of the time we were there. To top things off, all of the staff were very warm and accommodating. By the end of our stay, we were sad to have to say goodbye to our new friends. If you're ever in Manila, this is the place to be!

Had a wonderful 2 week stay here @ the Grand Hyatt! The staff had genuine smiles, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is immaculate. The amenities were of high end quality. Had the opportunity to utilize the spa too. Also, had a massage by Sheila, Wow, she's amazing. She focused on the troubled areas where I documented on the form. Great job! I'll definitely be returning for a visit and a massage.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The worst part was room service. They rolled the cart directly into my room, and it was visibly dirty and unsanitary. It honestly grossed me out enough that I didn't want to order room service again. This is something that should be basic and non-negotiable at a hotel of this level. I had also requested that the front desk note that I work U.S. hours, since sleep during the day is critical. That note was never added, and I was woken up abruptly while trying to rest. When traveling internationally for work, that kind of disruption makes a huge difference. The beds were not very comfortable, and soundproofing was poor. I could hear people talking, yelling, and children screaming at all hours, including late into the night. I was there during the holidays, which I understand is a busy time, but the lack of sound insulation made it difficult to sleep. The one highlight was the buffet. It's large, with a lot of variety, and the service there was excellent. The staff were attentive and professional, and it was easily the best part of the stay. Overall, this feels more like a resort hotel suited for vacations and families rather than business travel. I'll be going back to the Westin for future trips, even if I have to pay the difference myself. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The rooms have a kitchen, dining table and living room. The space is nice to have and doesn't feel so crowded in a hotel room. Family friendly environment. Only thing I'd like to see is an upgrade in the furniture, curtains, and new fixtures in the bathrooms. The suites are majorly outdated. And sometimes our fridge didn't work, we had to throw out a few food items that had spoiled. The surrounding malls and restaurants is nice to have in walking distance which gave us plenty to see when we weren't with family. They have a restaurant on site that has a buffet breakfast and the place continues to serve until midnight. The menu has Filipino and other international options. They are so attentive and treated us like family. My father utilized the spa and sauna frequently and enjoyed the company of the staff at the spa who assisted and made it comfortable. I also recommend utilizing their airport shuttle which is so easy to book on their website or in person with the front desk. Shout out to the awesome staff who made our month long stay a pleasant experience: Chito, Jesiel, Ato, Dante, Joey, Mj, Emmanuel, Clyde, Nico, William, Michelle, Alexa, Almar, Belle, John, Edmar and Lerma.

For whatever reason, me and my partner were given the impression that they were not prepared for our arrival. We arrived at the scheduled 4PM check-in time, yet our room wasn't ready right away and it took more than an hour. While waiting in that hour, the receptionists/front desk employees showed no attentiveness or urgency to give us an update or status as to what's going on. We were told something like our reservation needs to be updated in their system.. I shouldn't have to be the one to approach each time to ask what's going on, like at least apologize for the wait, check on your guests, etc. I come up, to get an update, and they said housekeeping is preparing our room..? I just think they should remove their listing on Booking.com if they're not active in using them as a third-party site for booking reservations because it just appears to me they did not anticipate for our arrival at all. My next complaint, for a "4 star hotel" their plumbing sucks. Couldn't even get hot water at times. Even the shower head isn't fully functioning, like somehow both shower head and faucet is on even though you just want to shower, not fill the tub. Plus somehow the showerhead water pressure is too strong, as if you're blasting yourself with a pressure washer; showering shouldn't hurt?? The breakfast buffet I'll give 3/5 because sometimes the food selection is really good, but it's hit or miss. Some days they serve food that's just mediocre or nothing impressive, like my boyfriend cooks better corned beef, how is this suppose to be a high-end hotel. Another thing that doesn't make sense and made our stay unpleasant is their parking system. If we're staying at the hotel for 17 nights, I don't get why EVERY time we leave hotel parking, we have to get a new assigned parking spot upon our return. I don't understand why they don't just assign one spot indefinitely throughout our entire stay. Every time we leave hotel parking, we have to speak to the parking attendant and present our parking ticket each time, and almost every time, we have to get a different parking spot upon our return to the hotel parking. It's just annoying and unnecessary. My final complaint is housekeeping entering our room without permission when the privacy light is on; my boyfriend was in the shower then heard someone knocking at our door. He put on shorts, but before he could head toward the door, housekeeping just helped herself to entering. When the privacy/do not disturb light is on.. And my boyfriend was shirtless, so of course she's surprised and reacts.. But yeah, why enter the room when the door message is already set to "privacy" and no one's answering the door. Overall, I'll give this place 3 stars out of 5 at best because at least when ringing housekeeping or making requests, they've been very kind and attentive and the rooms are clean and impressive, especially when you book a deluxe suite with kitchenette and nice city view. However, I will not return to this hotel again.

The Richmonde Hotel - No need to fill out the customer satisfaction survey. I think this roach I caught ON MY BED should suffice.

I must say that, compared to the Mandaluyong branch, they stepped up in terms of customer service! During the week that I reserved, it was the weekend before Christmas and there were heavy rains. The room is spacious and comes with a LCD TV. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the down-feather kind (so soft!). WiFi comes free with the room and it was steady the whole evening. Ace Hotel and Spa is actually a good place to conduct forums and conferences. Great customer…read moreservice and great facilities as well. Unlike other hotels, they provide you a folder with your pen and paper. That's a first for me. In their buffet, I've tried their Pumpkin Soup, Sweet and Sour Fish, Roasted Herb Chicken and Beef Stroganoff. I like their Salad station as well. And really love their Banoffee cupcake. Highlight for me is the dessert and the Beef Stroganoff. It's tender, not that salty and gravy has a nice consistency. The Banoffee pie is also great! Love na banana caramel flavor! So if you are looking for for your next event place, Ace Hotel and Spa will be a great option for you.

I love this place! It's where I quarantined for 2 days…read morebefore coming back home to L.A. Luckily for me, my brother happens to have timeshare here so my stay was courtesy of him. I checked in Saturday early afternoon right after I had lunch at my cousin's place in San Pablo. There wasn't much of a crowd when I got dropped off which was a win cow it was hot af. I think there were only a couple other parties checking in the same time as I was. The man out front opened the door for me and assisted with my luggage then ushered me to the front desk. The whole process was super quick. The people out front were super friendly and nice. Someone assisted me with taking my luggage up to my room. He gave me a full tour of the room and explained pretty much everything. My goodness, my room was quite the spread. First off, there was a whole ass kitchen. I could've gotten groceries and made food in the room, but I chose chaos instead as I usually do and got food from outside. Second, the whole place was so clean. As soon as I saw the huge fridge, I instantly regretted declining the food that my cousin tried to give me. The kitchen and living room are separated from the room. There was a decent size tv and comfortable couch where I comfortably napoed while playing music from the tv. The room was spacious. The view at night was nice being so high up. I think I was on the 24th floor. The blackout curtains came in clutch when I woke up late in the day because sleeping in is the name of the game when you have no plans. There are a few dining options walking distance and if you're into walking under the hot sun, Megamall is about 10 mins away. There's also a mini stop right next door. They're open 24/7 - WIN! I really wish I took the time to write down the names of the people that helped me because they deserve all the accolades. I hope you enjoyed the buko pie I brought over. What a pleasure it was to stay here. Thank you to everyone working the weekend I was there for an enjoyable time. Everyone was so helpful and nice.
