Nails look good I went in on a Sunday they are crazy busy on Sunday's don't go if you aren't prepared to wait for a while. I'm pretty sure I had the owner do my nails I like how he did them I didn't like that he was doing a whole bunch of other things like checking people out or answering calls or setting up pedicures while doing my set but I get it they where busy but I would have liked for him to just focus on my nails the shaping is a bit off but you can't tell unless you really are looking but other then that they where nice and I will be going back just not on a Sunday! read more

I went in and got my nails done, I showed a picture and didn't get that. The owner messed up on them and I had to wait for a woman to attempt to fix them which they turned out super short because he messed them up THAT BAD. I didn't even get a picture of them because I HATED THE SHAPE AND LENGTH . There was also left over polish under the acrylic because he didn't take it off properly. I was told to come back in the following week to get them fixed free of charge. He was going to soak them off and do what I showed. I took my daughter in with me today to get that done and he proceeded to chop them off and then told me that I would have to pay full price to get them redone to look like the picture because they can't afford to fix free of charge. He refused to refund so I am disputing through my bank. I do not recommend. I paid 60 PLUS a tip because they were supposed to do a new set. 1st and last time going here. read more

I took my Mom there for her birthday. Purchased the most expensive pedicure and purchased the shellac mani for both of us. Our heels are rougher then when we walked in the door. My manicurist cut my cuticle so deep it bled. The manicurist working on my Mom was more interested in talking on her phone then finishing my moms pedicure. The chairs were not comfortable, old and no cushion. The staff was unprofessional. They were rude and inconsiderate of the only white female working there. It was not relaxing nor was the end result worth the price. Never going back. read more

I brought my God daughter in here on Saturday for a pedicure, the pedicure is fine, the lady did a good job. I had a shellac color change during her pedicure & I noticed that night after I got home from getting her ready for homecoming, the fingernails on my left hand are all starting to peel off. I live an hr and 15 minutes away from here or I would of gladly walked back in the next day & let them fix them but now I will have to pay someone to fix their mess up. I picked this place because I was in a hurry. I don't live in Lawton, so I took my chances. The gentleman was super cool and nice, but the lady that was doing my nails seemed rushed. Me and a couple of friends went here for a girls day. We wanted to get dip nails and knew exactly what we wanted but had a back-up set just incase there was something wrong with the ones we chose. They did not have the colors we wanted in dip, but instead of telling us so we could change our sets. The nail tech dipped our nails in a color that was not even close and then painted over the dip. Most of our nails are crooked and lumpy. My thumbnails are two VERY different lengths, and the tech doing our nails seemed very annoyed to be having to do her job. She seemed as though she had better things to do. I emailed them two times and have not heard back. Our cuticles were not even touched the whole time. In the photos one of my friends and I got the same nails. Also she charged for shaping the nails. But did I HORRIBLE job. read more

I wanted to like this place because you can make appointments online and the staff are nice but I have never had such an awful manicure and pedicure. I came home and realized my big toe was completely smudged, and the gel manicure I got was so sloppy. The gel was uneven, and the polish went into my skin. To top it off, it's already chipping and it's been 3 days. I probably could've done a better job myself. The parking in this area can be difficult with a lot a businesses and not too many spaces. The staff seem to be very unprofessional. I was hit on by one of the nail techs and a couple of them had their children with them. I wouldn't mind, however their kids were distracting to the nail tech and they had to leave a couple times to try to appease the kids. My friend wanted to get multiple colors on her toes and her nail tech seemed to be annoyed by the amount of work. They talk a lot in another language and one of them *joked* and said to me "they are talking about you!" And my nail tech looked at me a little panicked and shook her head. As for the nails, my gel manicure never seems to last long and chips after a few days. They used a drill bit directly on my natural nail, and the cuticle work was very lacking as well. read more

Was visiting from the DMV and came to get a mani pedi. I got the shellac mani and deluxe pedi. Such amazing service! The guy took his time with both services and his hands are A1 the massage on my legs and forearms were so great. Everyone super friendly. Offered something to drink and they had a TV there. They also offer waxing and lash extensions high I thought was good! read more

I paid $70 for my pedicure and it looks like a 10 year old painted my nails, I got gel and it looks bumpy so the woman called another woman to try and fix it and only made it worse, my friend had a different woman working on her pedicure and she was on the phone with her personal issues, so unprofessional, she was mad and kept rolling her eyes, then they have the audacity to still ask if I wanted to tip them. Kim did an excellent job on my pedicure. She took her time to ensure there were no smudges or polish on my skin. A spa pedicure was about $33 which included a sugar scrub, a foot/leg massage, and the usual intricacies of a pedicure. Highly recommend. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Four of us went in with appointments, the place was busy and understaffed (can't always help that). However we did call ahead to make the appointments and told them what services we wanted. The guy that took my call didn't tell anyone that we were coming. Our nails were rushed through, cuticles weren't prepped and the acrylic was so far away from the nailbed that after about a week it looked like it was time to get them redone. The color they put on top of my nails quickly started chipping off. One of the other girls nails started falling off and breaking vertically down the middle. Another's look totally deformed (probably due to the fact that the nail tech was so high on pills and rushed) . The pedicures were a complete joke and the techs were rudely making negative comments about one of the other girls feet. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and unprofessional . Attitude thrown back and forth between the nail techs, trash talking, and the poor girl sitting next to me was being treated like crap for no reason. Total waste of time and money and we will never go back to this nail salon. This place doesn't even deserve the one star they got. read more
