But decided to try them because of my neighbor's ravings. Welp! I've been attending PT here for 3wks now. And after my very first visit I was sold. My symptoms/pain SIGNIFICANTLY decrease after the session and continue to do so as this review is written. I literally walk in limping and leave walking normally. How great is that??? The knowledge base of my physical therapist was impressive. She measured my range of motion, asked thorough questions, and examined/massaged my leg muscles and knew exactly what the cause of my ailment was. She began a specified exercise routine for me. This has been extremely successful in my healing process. The staff is excellent.... Summer & Sheree (Receptionists), Katreena, Rose & Matt (Physical Therapists ) ... I've worked with them all. They are degreed, knowledgeable & skilled. They care and are very good at what they do. In another note, the facility always looks and smells fresh and clean ... free coffee. Highly recommend!

They decided that they knew more than my surgeon, ignored her instructions to treat my toe and they decided to do therapy on my hip and ankle instead. I saw a licensed PT once, and a PTA five times. I made zero progress. They also like to announce what physical ailment you have to anyone in their facility--so much for HIPPA. I left them and went to another physical therapist that actually treated what my doctor advised. I made substantial progress in just 2 visits. My time, effort and money were all completely wasted at Physio Associates. They're awful. I'd give them zero stars if possible.

I've long been a proponent for hands on physical therapy versus the physical therapy mills that are seeing multiple people at the same time and not providing me with the attention I need to get better. After two visits to one of the big name physical therapy mills, I decided to call my former physical therapist in California for a recommendation. I'm not sure what or how he searched for a therapist, but whatever he did, he was able to find me Promotion Physical Therapy. They are an amazing place that is hands on and does amazing work. The front office staff is warm and welcoming. The therapists are talented and caring, and the owner who is also a therapist is compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. My first therapist Michael was/is amazing! He does a procedure called dry needling which has done wonders for my knee. While Michael was on vacation I was assigned Sherri and Kerry, they have different techniques with great results. They have gotten my knee back to where I'm playing basketball again. My experience at Sovereign Rehab was excellent! I felt like I was going to visit family each time I went, and the rehab was made fun by the atmosphere created. There were people there of different ages and different ailments, and each therapist works with each other for a more complete goal towards independence. My therapist, Zach Hollis, was very knowledgeable in not only my tibia/fibula break, but also medical conditions that could have hindered my success in independence. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't know the answer to a question (which I appreciated his honesty!) and would either look it up or ask another therapist. He made me enjoy coming, was encouraging, down to earth, yet challenged me to work hard. He also was willing to think outside the box for new ways for me to get better. Loved everyone who works there, and they seriously are so proud of you that it makes you not want to leave once you are discharged! I decided to give Sovereign a try because of a rave review from a friend. I was not disappointed! Erica took the time to discuss with me all of my complaints and created a plan specific to my needs! No other place I've been to has ever done that! I was so impressed. She gave me things to do at home and in the course of twice a week for 13 weeks I improved so much! Yes, 13 weeks sounds like a very long time, my initial RX was for 4 weeks, but I was so happy with my amount of improvemended I asked the Dr. for another RX! That's how much I LOVE this place. It was worth every penny of reaching my deductible to continue to be treated here. I've gotten to know most of the Therapists here and adored all of them, they love what they do and it shows. If you've given up on PT, try this place, I bet you won't be disappointed!
