Since then, I have some cognitive impairment, have been diagnosed with post-traumatic disorder and depression. After some time of healing, I noticed that I didn't feel like my old self. I felt different. I felt an onset of someone shaking a rattle in my head that would come and go. I also noticed other details; for example, writing a paragraph that would only take me minutes before my accident to take me hours and hours to write one paragraph. Also, recalling facts, including people's names and faces, has been a challenge for me, too. I met Dr. Holmes by chance at a women's networking event, where she mentioned neurofeedback. I had no idea what neurofeedback was. It wasn't until two years later that I saw her again at a Christmas gathering, and we ended up with a one-on-one talk. I had my doubts about neurofeedback would work. She explained to me how it works and how it would make a difference in my life. After thinking long and hard about it, I did some research. Their first visit to Dr. Lee at Suwanee Acupuncture, he diagnosed it was a stroke. And she's been going to him for a while now. She's definitely improved. Since he spoke so highly of Dr. Lee, I went to see him because I have been feeling a tight lump in the left of my neck. That tightness made it difficult to look out for traffic when I wanted to filter left on the roads. Turning my face to the right was fantastic but turning to my left was tough and I couldn't turn entirely to where by chin was over my shoulder. I have tried many types of massages and it would help for the day and would slowly creep back the next day. Here, Dr. Lee 'balanced' my body, gave me a diagnosis of my strong and weak organs, gave me a list of things of dos/don'ts to eat to help me maintain my current state or improve. I was SHOCKED as to how "non-eventful" it was. Leena is extraordinary at what she does. Where to begin...it's difficult to give stars so I'll explain. After going to this practice for…read moreover 6 years and receiving 5 star treatment from NP Rebecca and nurse Heidi, the one star is for Dr. Kunz and his ever changing turnover of office staff. On June 4, 2026, I arrived to have a B12 injection and was told I owed over $170 and couldn't get the shot until I paid. I had never received a statement of this amount until that day. Previous visits I would ask for the residual balance after insurance and usually paid between $3 and $6. I was outraged. Next step was to analyze what they "claimed" I owed. Calls to my insurance resulted in filing a grievance and appeal against this practice. Much paperwork and many phone calls since June 4 plus the insult of collection service has shown me that their billing bookkeeping borders on fraud and the dr. not caring to respond to my certified letter confirms that new patients should be warned to stay away. Not to mention that my physical well being was put in jeopardy without B12 injections while I start over with a new physician on a waiting list. The billing service amended the amount to $12.74 which I paid with FINAL! and good riddance to them all.
