Very, very slow. The machine does an okay job but when I pulled out the guy told me my car was to wet,"it would take to many towels to dry. Go through again." There were about 8 cars in line and I knew that would be another 30 minutes. I paid to have my car dried but drove off wet. I can't wait for the new car wash in North Minden to open, they are great. read more

No longer recommended. Lack of supervision & employee/customer conflicts suggest alternatives are the better choice.

Update: Back down to one star. They let the girl go rather than fire the current manager! Awful place!! only rated 5 stars so this review does not get pushed to the bottom. horrible management! yells at customers. cusses at employees in front of customers. wash broke down the other day and i wanted my money back. manager yells to the girl, "get this guy his money back, get him the f*** out of here, and tell him to go somewhere else from now on." the girl was on her lunch break and apologized for her manager's behavior and got my money back no problem, even while not on the clock. if the owners had any sense at all, they would fire their manager and bump that girl up to manager. the five stars are for her. she knows how to speak to customers and she knows how to handle situations professionally without yelling at anyone. boycotting grand prix until that girl is manager. this is a small town. customer service goes a long way. read more

Terrible job!! Cleaned 1/2 windshield with brush and sprayed only driverside with hose. Didn't brush rear window or tailgate and rear bumper. New management will need to supervise employees or they won't be in business long! read more

These kids have no idea what they're doing. I understand this is probably an entry level job, but the manager should not be yelling at customers. The cars should be coming out cleaner. I heard the manager say to a customer, "go wash the car yourself if you aren't happy!" Some people cannot wash their cars by themselves, hence why we pay people to do it for us! Just terrible! Grand Prix does a great job. I drive two hundred miles a day and collect that many bugs on the front of the truck. The workers take such care in cleaning the ftont end snd it slways comes out clean! read more

Had a VERY unpleasant experience here last week. My car was lined up and was two cars away from being in the front. I made the mistake of being on my phone and so I didn't move up immediately when the car ahead moved forward. The attendant screamed, GET OFF YOUR F'ING PHONE. Want to Get yelled at? Accused of not paying? Come here. I've gone to this place for years. Today I came in and gave the guy $20 for the deluxe wash which is $12. There were 2 cars behind me, but the guy (Jason- the manager) didn't give me my change. I told him about it, and he gave it to me. Two times in this short car wash visit, he came up to me and said, "Are you sure you didn't give me $12, because I'm short money." I told him, "I am POSITIVE I gave you a $20. I gave him ONE bill, and I looked at it as I gave it to him. I don't mind if he asks once, but over and over in an accusatory tone, which he did?? I told him, I make plenty of money, and I have no reason not to pay. He said, "Well, let me give you a high five!" Who needs this kind of abuse to have your car washed? Then, he said he'd look at his camera, which I waited for because he was wrong and I expected an apology- he then said it would take a while to come up and I left. Jason- the manager- what happened to the customer is right? YOU were wrong and you were an ass. I hope the owner reads this. Get a new manager- this one is abusive to customers. read more

I've been going to this car wash for years, easily over 50 times, and have never had an issue, not once. I pay cash or with a card, never an issue with change, drying my car, etc. If I pay for the dry I tip, which they always appreciate. Sometimes they are more friendly than other times, but it's a car wash, not a five star restaurant. Frankly find it bizarre anyone has a problem at a car wash, makes me think maybe it's the pilot and not the plane, given I've been taking my cars to car washes for over 40 years, not once a problem. read more

I had an awesome experience here! Not only is my car super clean, but the customer service was impeccable! A special acknowledgment to the girl who dried my car. I don't have a small car, and that tiny girl was up drying the high parts of it and taking the extra steps to make sure it was all done perfectly. Even when cars were piling up and she was very busy, she did a great job on mine. This will be my new car wash, you guys are great! read more

$6 for drive yourself thru, about 8$ if you want them to hand dry, $12 with tire shine, $25 with vacuum and interior wiped.

My husband has gone here for the cheapest car wash and says it was fine for the cost. However we decided to get both our cars washed at the Supreme ($25) level and drove 25 min to get there on Sunday. There was a line and the attendant said they could not possibly give us a Supreme wash that day as it takes an hour. He said we needed to have an appointment and not just show up. Nothing in the advertising said anything about making an appointment for this service. So we drove home and later I called and left a message (no one answered) to call me back as we wanted 2 appointments for Monday. No one called back. I called just after they opened on Mon morning and no one answered so I left a message to call me back again. Still no call back. I called two more times and no answer or return call. Finally my husband drove the 25 min to see if he could get his car done, There was only one car in front of him so he thought he could get his wash. When the attendant heard that he wanted the Supreme wash he said no way. They were too busy. My husband pointed out to him that there was only one car in front of him. He said it did not matter they did not have time to give a Supreme wash. My husband explained about trying to make an appointment and not getting any return calls. The employee got a little rude and dismissed him with a few words about it wasn't his fault they did not have staff to answer the phone or enough staff to proved the Supreme wash. He ended the conversation with "If you don't like it, then go somewhere else." So my husband left. I cannot recommend this to anyone at this point. read more

It was my first visit to this car wash. I used to wash my Jeep myself but recently became disabled and now need help to keep it clean. I just got the $6 service and everything was very quick and super easy. The Jeep looks great! When it gets dirty again, I will be back for sure! read more

Let's just start by saying this place is hit or miss. The hit is the girl who dries my car. Now I've been coming here since before it was the Grand Prix. Every Tuesday is senior day. Seeing as my wife and I are old, we get the cars washed every Tuesday. You get a dollar off any of the three washes. We always get the gold wash. All the guys who collect my money run our card for 8 dollars. Now there's no mistaking we're seniors, we should get our discounts. The girl is the only honest one there who gives us that dollar off. Not only does that girl have the best customer service that place has ever seen, she is a hard worker. She is fast, pleasant, always smiling, and is the only one who will dry off my wheels and climb up to get the center of my windshield and back window. If it happens to be slow that day, she will gladly humor an old man and chat with me while she dries. She is the reason we keep coming back every Tuesday. We would hate to see that girl go. As for the rest of the guys there, they could learn a thing or two from the girl about customer service and respect. read more
