Getting here off US 395 is a little more complicated than what your plain sight might suggest. But once we arrived at the "key pad", choosing our option, paying, and proceeding to the wash bay entrance was easy peasy. There's also a guy there leading you in and pretty straightforward signals at the end to leave and a vacuum cleaning bay at the side of the building. I've been going Evolution since they first opened. I drive from Carson because they had been soooo much better than the car washes here. But not anymore. I totally understand them having to raise prices, but each time I go the wash & dry have gotten worse and worse. Today was the final straw when there was so much dirt left on the car and was still almost completely wet when leaving. Very disappointed. read more

I was beyond impressed with Evolution. I drive a wide-stance truck that picks up a ton of dirt off-road. Pretty often these trucks either don't fit in car washes, get damaged, or the dirt clings much harder than the wash can remove. None of that here. The truck went in looking like a mudball, and came out shiny and new looking. First, they built the line to fit bigger trucks. Makes sense in our area, so I'm glad they did. Second, they have two guys with powerhoses stationed outside the entrance, and they'll get the worst of the dirt off before you even enter the automated wash. Third, the wash itself is pretty goofy, with thumping music and colorful lights, so any kids riding with you (including the kid inside you) are going to be amused. I should mention that someone popped out and asked if I was visiting for the first time, and when I said yes, they helpfully walked me through the options and costs, and what they all meant. So an A+ on service, too. read more

I am soo disappointed evolution Carwash sold to Sierra Carwash. When it was evolution it was a decent business. Now I'm disgusted at the customer service and quality of the wash. The tunnel does not clean like it used to under evolution ownership. The manager is a really rude and incompetent person who has no idea how to run a business. The poor guys working for next to nothing get no help and everyone takes it out on them when it's management and ownership that's the problem. The cost is higher and the quality is lower. I had an entire fleet of vehicles going there under evolution and now I'm pulling my entire business and family from ever going there. I'm disgusted at what they did to the place and can't believe people still go and accept the end results after the wash. Never again unless it changes ownership to something better. Got a membership, everything was fine, would always go with no issues. Till today. Was pulling in and Adam comes out the office to get to the other side where he was suppose to be ready for when a vehicle pulls in. Everytime we go someone's there ready to help. Well he starts dramatically saying that we could of run him over, when we clearly saw him. Starts arguing with us, very very unprofessional. When we leave we get the most unpleasant phone call from management, which I do not understand how he is a manager. He's very unprofessional and rude. No wonder his staff is the way they are. I couldn't believe someone would speak to a paying customer like the way they both spoke to me today. Loved the car wash but it's time to look for another one. read more

I showed up with 25 minutes left of them being open to realize that they closed early and were just standing around talking with each other.

My car was real dirty in desperation of a wash and let me say I've never been to any sort of fancy car wash and wow was this an experience of a lifetime. I'm not even exaggerating they had neon lights and all sorts of cool gadgets!! Overall quality of the wash is amazing as well! Management was very helpful and friendly as well!! The recent firestorm left my car covered in ash. I'm lucky to even have a car left. I didn't want to get out & wash it myself, preferring to just sit there behind the wheel. This place was kinda fun, for a car wash. The drive up is automated, just push some buttons & follow the easy directions. There's a guy doing windows & offering guidance along with lots of signage at the entry, otherwise you're alone inside the dark, psychedelic, and colorful tube. Best of all, no scratches on my car. Make sure & put on some music! read more

I started going when they first opened and it was a very good car wash. No spots, no suds left on car and pretty dry when done. Now since Sierra bought them the dirt does not come off, there are lots of spots and when I drive around to vacuum there are lots of suds left on the car. One time I had to go thru twice. three times I have been stuck in the middle of the car wash. Come on Sierra you can do a better job!!!! read more

Warning! Thoroughly inspect your car before and after the wash. The pressure peeled the paint on my bumper. They claimed that there was existing damage and any further damage was not their responsibility. I have had the car for less than two months and I am 100% certain that the paint peeled due to this car wash. I canceled my membership and didn't even get a refund. update: I had a discussion with the manager. Yes, there was previous damage that I feel happened at the car wash but I noticed 3-4 days after getting washed and I can't prove. Yes, I made the mistake of going through the wash with previous damage. I never intended to have them pay to have my car fixed, I just want it to be known that damage happened to my paint. I'm not bashing the car wash, actually customer service is great and the wash is good- maybe too good. Just be aware that damage can happen at any automatic car wash. Maybe I'm the unlucky 1/250,000 washes that caused damage. Out of all this, I just want people to know that damage can happen at this and any car wash, and I hope they at least refund me for the monthly membership that I will no longer be using. read more

Love this little place. Had a monthly membership and went all the time. Our toddlers love the lights, and we'd blast music in the car like it's a disco. They'd absolutely crap themselves with joy. The manager Ryan is super great, and all the employees are always friendly. Had to cancel my membership as we've moved out of state, it's def a spot I'll miss, finding a replacement is gonna be tough. 10/10 recommend. read more

I came here for the first time to give it a try. Prices range between $10-$20 for a wash. For a drive in car wash I found it on the expensive side. They offer monthly membership so the $15 car wash would be $30 a month per car. I decided this would motivate me to keep my car looking cleaner. The car wash did pretty good. They give you a dash wet cloth which I liked to remove all the dust. After the wash, I did noticed some spots did not come off but it wasn't bad. Their vacuums and air spray is top notch. So with that being said, I decided to bring my daughter's car and just pay the $15 for one wash. Did the same routine. Drove in, got a dash wipe and went to the vacuum. Again noticed some stuff still on the hood. I wanted to find an employee so I can ask if they would allow me to go again because for $15 I expect clean. Only problem, no employees. The door is on the other side of the business so I didn't bother. If you buy the monthly then you can go again. Today, decided to go back to wash my car. I saw an employee and told him what happened with my daughter's car. He said if I brought it around, they would have allowed me to go again. I told him only problem was when I drove in, there wasn't an employee at the entrance. Also, no one walking around near the vacuum and I would have had to walk around the whole business to get to the entrance which is not in a great addres. Now, I may be changing my review if I decide the monthly membership is costing too much if I don't go at least 3 times in a month. If, I cancel and they still charge my card then watch out for the update. read more

He cancelled my subscription because I rolled up the window so that I did not have to continue to listen to him lecture me that I pulled in a little far to the bay. Took my car here just now. Was a lot of banging and clanging on the car during the wash. Got home and found a line of scratches on the rear left door. Weren't there before! I take care of my car. So, I called the manager who promptly said he checked all the other cars there and they were fine, so mine was too. Effectively blew me off. Lost a customer. In these times during recovery from Covid businesses should try a little harder. read more

Billy the " manager " said he would do me a favor and refund one month but he couldn't refund two months plus some random $10 charge. He acted like he did me a favor by saying he would refund me one month. After he hung up on me, I called my bank and disputed the charges. We're an active duty military family and moved out of state. Nice to see how they treat military families that relocate. It wasn't until after I had already disputed the charges with the bank that he called me to offer a check be mailed to me. No thanks Billy. Took my car to get a $16 wash with wax ect. The 2 people guiding you into the car wash were standing around talking not even really paying attention to the cars coming up i asked the gentleman to please, if he can scrub his brush on the front of my car cause there was a lot of bugs he told me he couldn't do it. There was no wax on my vehicle and the car was not even washed good had to get out and wipe everything off with rags won't go back there again not worth the money!​ read more

The new business in town of Minden NV, Amazing Car wash with neon lights, soft Flaps, sells membership, single wash $20, kind of pricey, good note that the use of the vacuums are Free, so it's a win,win experience. I was originally very happily surprised at how well my car got washed and dried. Just like that a couple months in, I am anything but happy about my car ALWAYS being wet especially; the windshield and back window. Driving an $78K truck, I am very particular where I take it to get washed. After a web search and how new the wash is, I thought I would make the drive from SLT and it was worth it. Located next to a fuel station (they have diesel, cheapest around) I fueled the beast then over to Evolution. I was greeted by an employee at the cash machine and I went for the TOP DOG wash $20. You enter the building and another employee guides you into the wheel tracks and another sprays pressure soap on the areas required. Driving from Seattle the day prior, my truck was covered in bugs on the front. Almost every new car wash tunnel has lights and effects to entertain as you go through each section, Evolution was really cool! My kids loved it. Upon exit you pass by FREE vacuums and something that added that extra: compressed air nozzles! Bring your own microfiber towels to dry. NO car wash will dry completely so there is still some work to be done. Using the compressed air on the rear window edges, the door jams, the front grill and tailgate was excellent and eliminated any water drops that would leave spots. The vacuums had just the right intensity and did a great job. The staff was very friendly and understood I needed to back up a little to square-up to get both front and rear tires in the tracks. I drive a Chevy 3500 crew cab, long-bed 4X4 so it is a BIG truck and fits right under the 7'2" clearance bar and turns like a school bus. After careful inspection while drying, I noted zero scratching or damage. I will be back without hesitation! (Sorry, no photos). read more
