He was either not there or busy and no-one else knew what was going on with it either. Left messages never got a call back. Then they moved went to the computer barn and it was lost they couldn't find the Xbox because of moving they had stuff everywhere. This I can understand. Told me to call in a couple of weeks. Called and still lost. Finally once more went there to find out what was going on, so 2/27/16 we went back they found it gave us a new receipt with paid on it and said he was really sorry he would get it fixed asap and give me a call never called however I did and it still wasn't ready or he wasn't there. Went there a few weeks ago and they are gone no-one around and signage was also gone. Packed up and moved again. No moved sign when I was there. Decided to just give up this time.

Exceeded expectations and was super friendly. Offered two options a cheaper bypass route or replacing a part of the laptop.
