We kept the heater running, and knocked the snow off the tent every couple of hours. The tent still collapsed, and we had to find an alternate location for the reception that day. Now they're trying to charge me for the damages when we clearly followed all of their instructions. "If your instructions led to the collapse, whose fault is that?" "Well that would be mother nature..." (this is after I expressed my concerns over phone and email, and they assured me that it would be fine) I will be doing my best to get my money back, because what I paid for (a functional tent for my wedding reception) was not delivered, and I will never do business with them again.

Second great point - delivery to our driveway by Tate was efficient and professional. Third great point - when we had problems Tate got back to our location within 45 minutes and spent all necessary time to correct problems and make sure we were all set to go. Fourth great point - They readily agreed to let us have the lift for another day for 1/2 price due to the few hours we lost due to malfunction. That allowed us to finish all we needed to do. We heartily recommend this rental company!!
