I documented severe roach infestations, neglected maintenance issues, and unauthorized entries into my unit. I even received a bogus seven-day cure notice as retaliation after voicing my concerns. These people didn't help me when I needed it most. Their current response is for appearances only--meant to mislead new residents, not to fix real problems. I moved out because management failed to protect my health, safety, and dignity.
