When she hung up with the new client she came back and continued to talk to me about the tip amount saying that she cannot guarantee a good massage for anything less than $40 tip, essentially she wanted $110 for one hour massage. I told her I was done I wasn't going to be insulted anymore and tried to get up she tried pushed me back on the table. I got up and told her to refund my money immediately she did! Throughout the session, staff repeatedly exposed me by walking in and out of the room and leaving the door open. When I confronted the situation, the therapist tried to pass off the deep tissue massage as a Thai massage until I mentioned that I'm a massage therapist. Then she casually remarked, "Oh, I can just charge you for a deep tissue." To make matters worse, she refused to give me the manager's number, which forced me to call the police and file a report.
