This library was my kids to go to in the 90's . It has been renovated to update interior and be more kids friendly as well as teens and adults. I was looking for a 2018 test book and the newest edition among the network of 30 other branches…read morewas pretty old (2012). Apparently, there were a bunch of other ppl on the list waiting for the same test book, too, So, I said, "Just pour me on the list anyways. Hopefully, I'll get it before the test comes." I ordered it and hoped for the best. As we were walking out, she called us back and said, "I know that they we only carry the 2012 edition, and that's pretty old, but you know what, I am going to request they get the latest (2018) edition and I will put you first on the list to get it. Wow! I was so surprised! Thank you to Liz for offering such great customer service! On our way out we checked out 30 books, and in return, received two free Dr. SEUSS hats, a really nice big reusable tote bag (Pac Man?) to hold all of our library books, and an In-N-Out card for our kids to fill out and earn 3 free burgers for reading 15 books each! Score!!!!!

You have to download an app and everything. At least make it a coin machine. Sad that you have to pay to go to the library. I ended up just turning around and going to another library. It just screams greedy for money. Make the parking for a public library free! Hopefully they change this soon.

They assisted me with getting my official library card and went the extra mile in getting me a Cantonese language guide that was not on the shelf or checked out. It took them just 4 minutes to go in the bank and locate it. The library is clean and has a lot of sunlight coming in. They have a good variety of books. The patrons at this location seemed respectful and followed the rules. Loved the little Friends of the Library bookstore to the left upon entry that sells vinyls, DVDs and books to support the library. Love the indoor and outdoor parking. Love that the Starbucks is within walking distance as are some lovely restaurants and stores in Victoria Gardens. Loved this Library!!!!!

All of the staff are friendly! We try to make it to all the monthly events and participate in as many programs as possible (which are many to choose from). However, I will say that I feel they primarily focus on children's area. The rest of the library is quite empty. Could use some TLC.

I've been to Riverside several times, but didn't know of this particular library before. I loved the architecture of the building. Inside, the children's place was adorably decorated. One of the employees informed me that they have audio books for Best Seller books available to check out as well. Nice and quaint library to study at.
