They assisted me with getting my official library card and went the extra mile in getting me a Cantonese language guide that was not on the shelf or checked out. It took them just 4 minutes to go in the bank and locate it. The library is clean and has a lot of sunlight coming in. They have a good variety of books. The patrons at this location seemed respectful and followed the rules. Loved the little Friends of the Library bookstore to the left upon entry that sells vinyls, DVDs and books to support the library. Love the indoor and outdoor parking. Love that the Starbucks is within walking distance as are some lovely restaurants and stores in Victoria Gardens. Loved this Library!!!!!

We…read morewere visiting from out of town and I needed to write a paper for my last semester of grad school before graduation. The only way I could charge my laptop was if I had a library card and checked out a "study room". My 71-year-old disabled and diabetic aunt was with me and was eating a few m&m's from the smallest sized bag they make to level her out, and the security guard took them from her and threw them away or threatened to have us tossed out otherwise. He didn't care why she even had them. She offered to put them in the pocket of her walker and not take them back out, but that was unacceptable. He said they had to be completely off the premises. The disabled parking is also far away from the entrance of the library which faces out towards the street. I'm glad I will never have a reason to return here once graduation is over with in a few days.

I was looking for a 2018 test book and the newest edition among the network of 30 other branches…read morewas pretty old (2012). Apparently, there were a bunch of other ppl on the list waiting for the same test book, too, So, I said, "Just pour me on the list anyways. Hopefully, I'll get it before the test comes." I ordered it and hoped for the best. As we were walking out, she called us back and said, "I know that they we only carry the 2012 edition, and that's pretty old, but you know what, I am going to request they get the latest (2018) edition and I will put you first on the list to get it. Wow! I was so surprised! Thank you to Liz for offering such great customer service! On our way out we checked out 30 books, and in return, received two free Dr. SEUSS hats, a really nice big reusable tote bag (Pac Man?) to hold all of our library books, and an In-N-Out card for our kids to fill out and earn 3 free burgers for reading 15 books each! Score!!!!!
