There are two theaters one the main level which normally wouldn't be a problem but we were unaware they had a second floor since we had never been there before. The movie we bought tickets for, you guess it on the second floor..lol I have bad knees and my brother has cerebral palsy but does walk. We both struggle with stairs but we made it work. My suggestion is if you have issues using stairs do not buy your ticket online. They do rotate the movies so at the 7pm showing our movie was on the first floor. I love coming on Tuesdays because of the cheaper movie ticket promotion I get with rewards. The reward program is a great and you actually earn money back + get free popcorn on Tuesdays. The Alamo Drafthouse used to be the place where you could trust that people wouldn't spend the entire movie talking or being on their phones, because it was a core tenet of the place that you would get kicked out for talking or texting etc. All you had to do was raise a card, "and a manager will take care of it." In my experience, this policy really hasn't been enforced much over the last few years, but as of this month, they have confirmed that they no longer care at all. As of now, you have to use your phone to order food or report talking/phone use. The ordering cards are no longer an option, there are no menus at each seat, only a QR code,and all throughout the movie, if you need anything, you're going to have to get your phone out. And once you do, good luck even getting the site to actually load. They have a really hilarious new announcement at the beginning of every movie about how they understand the irony of asking people not to use their phones (except to order), "just don't be a jerk about it." This new mobile-only experience is completely hostile to their customers, and has removed the human element that was a big part of what originally made the Alamo Drafthouse special. B&B theaters offers auditoriums with playgrounds in them, so kids can run around play during the movie. Sadly, a sold out screening at one of those is likely a less distracting movie-going experience than our last several visits to the drafthouse since the changes were put in place.

You pay for your ticket and any snacks right up at the counter. They have a good variety of candy available and then three sizes for the popcorn and pop. They also have small bottles of wine available, and some beer too. The theater itself is on the smaller side, but it was just perfect. I had more leg room and a more comfortable seat than I've had in a long time. The seats looked fairly new - they had nice tall backs, and rocked a little. The arms could go up or down. And the space between rows was super roomy and nice. The movie previews started right one time and it was an enjoyable time. The lighting, sound and temperature all made for a pleasant experience.
