Terrible Service. Told. get there early. First come first serve. I was there at 6:00 am from Monticello Ut. I needed something as simple as "tire monitor fault". FIXED. I walked down the street and had breakfast. I returned 1 half hours. Did not see my car. When the employee told me that he left a message for me. I DIDN'T get a call. I explained I wanted the sensor to be fixed. He said that he did not see anything on his testing machine to indicate a fault. I just wanted the sensors replaced. NOW the so called idiot of employee told me I would go to the end of line. THAT MADE ME ANGRY. I was there at 6:00am from a hour a way. Went down the road to Points tire shop. Jeff was the main representative that helped us with our tire. We were off Roading and hit a rock and found a little slit in our tire. Jeff was able to replace our tire and filled up all of them with their. It was very educational and friendly. Would highly recommend this business. read more

I requested a tire rotation and the shop automatically balanced the tires. Normally this would not be a problem, however for some reason they decided to hammer wheel weights onto the face of my special order wheels. On one of them they missed with the hammer and took a chip out of the finish. read more

The tire shop opened at 8:00 am. There was a line of people when I arrived at 8:15 am. The first thing that caught my attention as I waited in line was their level of customer service. They treated everyone well and took the time to address their needs on the spot. An elderly woman in front of me needed help with low tire pressure. The attendant was very patient and helpful. He grabbed a tire Guage and went out to help her. Luckily for me, Daniel helped me. I had changed my wheels and tires out to off-road wheels and tires and forgot to reset my TPMS. Daniel helped me with this issue, and within minutes, I was back on the road. He was extremely helpful, and his level of customer service was top-notch. I got a slow leak on one of my rear tires a bit before reaching the border between Colorado and Utah. I got my compact spare installed and drove 45 miles to Moab late Saturday. Jeff treated me well by getting the tire fixed and showing me the rock fragment that was stuck on the tire. One of the lug nuts for my tire wouldn't come off. Jeff explained that this can happen for Subaru cars. He reassured me that I'm fine driving with a missing lug nut. Having enough lug nuts to form a triangle is perfectly fine for driving on my long road trip. I am sure to return if I happen to run into tire issues around Moab. read more

When I called to make an appt., Dan knew exactly what the issue was and knew he could inspect it in 2 minutes (dust on brake pads) and ease my mind. So give these guys a call ahead of time. Visited on April 5, 2021. Wasn't thrilled to be visiting a tire shop on vaca, but this place got you in and out in record time. They first said it might take 2 hours (possibly longer), and there were a ton of people who looked like they too had some off-roading incidents. However, 1.5 hours and $97.87 later, the car was ready. read more

Grand Pro Tires are absolutely the best. I have a lifted and modified 2015 Tacoma and they have been the only shop from Montana to CO who aligns my truck to PERFECTION. They have helped me through numerous emergencies from flat tires to wheel bearing replacements to diagnostics (that many off-road vehicle shops in CO and MT missed) I don't know what I would do without these guys. Our back tire kept getting low air pressure. We thought the tread was worn down too so we were going to get two new tires but the guy was so nice - he told us we have at least 5,000 miles left on these and he would fix the leak. $20 later and the time it took to eat lunch next door... done. Visiting Moab with the family and discovered a huge screw in our tire the morning we were supposed to leave. Could not drive back home on a spare. Found a few local shops and went with Grand Tire Pros based on Yelp reviews. They were busy right when they opened, but they fixed up the tire within a couple hours. The biggest surprise was checking out and realizing they were not trying to take advantage of a situation where we needed the work done no matter what. I'd like to rave about this shop! From the top guy Dan and every employee there. They were professional, courteous and looked out for me better than I would've been back home. We got a flat late Friday afternoon in Moab, a town where the tire shops are closed on the weekend. We had 400 miles to go to get home for work on Monday and knew we couldn't make it on the little mini-spare that came with the car. These wonderful folks made a space in their very full schedule to take care of us. They repaired the flat, rotated the tires, and fixed the sensors so they know which tire is which. When we asked how much we owed them, they said it was no charge and wished us a good weekend.
