Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane. I gave them a follow up call and got a reasonable quote, and setup an appointment for 9/29. Two people came out and quickly worked to get the fan up though they did need a taller ladder. So, they had to go to get one, but these ceilings are hard to gauge in feet. Upon returning they had the fan up quickly and left. It works great. All I can say is excellent service and excellent knowledge of what needed to done.

They prepare the house prior to paint day. Nooks and crannies that need attention are taken care of. They walk around the house with you, after the prep is done, to make sure you are pleased with the preparation of the house. They spend a good amount of time taping/covering up the areas that need protecting from the paint. The they paint the house, after verifying the paint colors are correct. During all of these checks the Project Manager, Ray in our case, checks the work, addresses any concerns and does a final walk through. A very professional, comfortable experience. And we felt the price was reasonable as well. We will use them the next time we need our house painted. A top notch company.
