Yes, although we did ask you to investigate the issue which y'all accomplished we never asked for pavers to be messed with especially when the leak was coming near the pump not the physical pool. Now we are stuck in the middle cause neither companies you or the irrigation company want to admit fault. We tried asking for an estimate but after speaking with Nikki she never answered our question about estimate. read more

My pool building experience with premier was top notch. The construction timeline was quick, while efficient (timeline was 120 days, pool was fished in 90). In the event I voiced an issue or concern, Premier was more than accommodating in resolving the problem. A big thing for me is communication and anytime I reached out, whether through email, an App or phone, they responded. The design they provided me early on in the process is exactly what I received as a finished product. I want to highlight the quality of work from the pool design, to the pavers/coping and overall leveling of my yard from start to finish. I negotiated a lot with Premier as any customer would and they were fair and reasonable with my request throughout. They threw in a lot of extras that wasn't required which I'm extremely grateful for. Without going into the negatives of the others, we found the people at Premier Pools & Spa to be helpful and energetic about the project. And they listened more than they talked. From the moment they broke ground to the time they turned on the pump, the PPS workers were amazing. They worked hard and long hours every day that they were here. They were exacting in their measurements and in their detailed stone work. In each phase of the construction, we were continually impressed with the skill and professionalism of the construction crew and their supervisors. The result, in collaboration with Peck Landscaping, is our own personal oasis. We could not be happier with the outcome. I should note that our PPS representative was James Hyppolite. He was constantly in touch with us on the project status and listened to our (often unwarranted) concerns, often saying "Don't worry. You're going to love this when it's done." AND WE DO!! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. PPS is the best pool company in the Tampa/Pinellas area. read more

We live in Artesan Lakes, Palmetto and started looking for a pool installation company about six months. I called six companies with only two responses. How frustrating. One call back was Frank, from Premier Pools. My husband and I knew from the first time we met Frank that we were going to have this company install the pool. To say our pool is outstanding, is an underestimate of their work. We were thinking a little out of the box with a free form pool, vase waterfalls and spritzers. We also had a very small lanai and wanted to extend it to entertain. Their creativity and open-mind made our dreams come true. Our project manager, Danny, stayed on top of the job from start to finish. My husband is a contracter so, of course, he was watching the installation every step of the way. He was blown away by the craftsmanship of the tile installers. Premier Pool put us on a group chat from the start to be able to communicate any questions or get an update. Anyone in Florida doing any type of construction will tell you the most frustrating part of a home or pool build is lack of communication. We never had that issue with Premier Pools. This company is the worst. We purchased a year old home and closed in May of 2024. Premier Pools installed a pool for the previous owners in October of 2023 before they put it on the market. After closing we come to find out the pool has a leak which was patched by a separate company. The patch is only a temporary solution and a proper repair must be made. Even though there is a 1-year warranty on this 6-month old pool, Premier Pools refuses to honor it saying it didn't transfer with owners of the house. Sellers should have taken care of this under warranty before selling to us, but that's another legal matter. The fact that Premier knows of the issue, and will not even return our calls on the situation is a joke. Then they actually wanted to put in a pool cage, as if i would use them for any additional work. Now after buying this house with a 6-month old pool, I am forced to pay 2k to have a repair done. This is partly Premiers fault for their shoddy initial work and the previous owners. Not to mention we have been told by many professionals that Premier did such a poor job of designing the pool, that the spa does not overflow correctly into the pool. Lovely. read more
