My proposal was sent to me as promised, on time and at a price that was exactly as promised and I need add very reasonable. Update****…read more I have tried to call Pool Troopers so many times and have left messages for somebody to call me back. Apparently they are all scared and are all in hoots with not answering my phone calls. It's actually pretty pathetic that you can't even call a customer that has been with you for multiple years... pathetic. When I asked the pool boy why the pool wasn't cleaned he could've simply stated that I needed a new filter but instead he chose to argue with me and call me names... again pathetic. It is Pool Troopers responsibility to tell the customer when they need new equipment including filters. Since I do not clean the pool I do not know about the equipment needed and this could've all been avoided had someone told me I needed a new filter. I was told that my money would be refunded, which it hasn't. I want my money refunded to me. It's really not that hard. I could care less if you call me at this point but believe you me I will tell everybody I know who asks me about pool service, and I do get asked, to never use your service and to please tell everyone you know never to use pool troopers.

Diego never puts the right chemicals in the pool and we have had so many problems with Mold, Mildew. Green scum and black mold on the walls. Every time we try to contact the company or Diego we never get a reply. We have talked to Diego and have tried to explain to him our concerns and he always says he will get the parts we need and get back to us the same day. A week will go by and he will tell us that our patio door was locked so he coule not get in. The Lock has been broken for 2 years now and the door does not lock. Also the filter has been leaking and he keeps telling us it is the O ring well today he told us he fixed the O ring but he forgot to put the plug on the top of the pump and by forgetting this the pool filter can not run and now we don't have clean pool again because he threw a few Chlorine Crystals in the pool but did not clean it and the filter can't run because he did not put the plug on the top and water runs all over the place. Do not deal with this company as you can see on their web page it is not even set up when you go to look them up They are a rip off company. They have ruined our pool !!!! Horrible Horrible company

We had heard about some delays with the supply chain and were worried about the inflation affecting every industry in America; ultimately, we decided we were going to build now, even with the higher prices. We are very glad we did! While any project of this size and so much to coordinate is going to have some hiccups along the way, we were patient and understanding and TE really kept us up to speed on everything that was happening. Rosa basically ALWAYS answers the phone and that is very reassuring. She met or beat just about every time frame she ever gave out. She under promised and over delivered with every step which I really appreciated. We brought in one contractor for a custom job who was not affiliated with TE but had decades of experience with pool building and he commented every day at how impressed he was with the quality of their work... "I see a lot of pools being built and a lot of corners cut and I can tell you I am REALLY impressed with these guys work!" The extra steps they took to provide QUALITY work when they could have cut corners to save money was evident and appreciated. Some examples are the additional framework around the spa, using Shotcrete instead of gunite, using a second pump for the waterfall, etc. I had never built a pool so I had no idea what these things even were before this experience. When all was said and done we went from breaking ground in June to swimming in our pool in October!! We became worried when we saw neighbors posting in FB about delays but honestly, supply chain issues affected everyone and they were really great with us! Brian & Kyle the project managers made sure that every single last loose end was completed. They all really felt like friends by the end of the process. As mentioned in that review, we were absolutely…read morethrilled with the finished product and the issues we were having were based on the communications portion of everything. It has been 3 years since our pool was completed and any time I have had to reach out to the company, I have spoken to Ashley and she has taken care of everything. I had an issue with one of my pumps and lights, and she was on top of it. She provided me the information on who to contact for warranty work and even went above and beyond the call of duty and sent them all of the paperwork they would need to resolve my issue. She returned phone calls in a timely manner and called when she said she would. Recently I had an issue with my salt cell and she and Cody contacted me right away and now my issue will be resolved. I have given their number to anyone who has seen my pool and asked who built it. We were never disappointed with the product, just the communications, which has now been rectified, at least from my standpoint. Ashley and Cody have been awesome with any of the minor issues that have come up in the 3 years since the pool has been built.

Every time I worked with Steve, my pool chemical order was accurate and my water tests were consistent. After he left, the water test results always seemed off, and I regularly had to buy additional chemicals to correct issues. Now that Steve is on the north side of town, I've started going there instead, and my pool water is back to normal. His knowledge, accuracy, and customer service make a noticeable difference.
