Employees there were courteous and offered some help with the recycling. This place is pretty fair when it comes to the payout and everything was pretty easy. I don't think I'll ever go back here because same thing happened to a good friend of mine and when you have a lot of plastic, it makes a big difference. I like the place because it's easy to get in and out of and the owner is very pleasant when he's there but if this is the way, the employees are going to conduct business I'll find someplace else to go. The service was just off I didn't feel comfortable he was using profanity I heard that Hispanic girl tell him the homeless dude don't like you and he said I don't like him either it was just they weren't professional. The meter was on. I merged onto the freeway, checking very carefully to ensure no cars were near me. I signaled before changing lanes -- I always drive cautiously because I had my two young children in the car. This driver was not close when I began my move, but he deliberately accelerated toward us, nearly causing a collision, and then intentionally stayed dangerously close to our car! For a long time! My children were terrified. I changed lanes to get away, and as we passed, the driver -- a man wearing sunglasses and a hat -- gave us a threatening glare. First off their prices arent that great for their metals.2nd they quote you one price on the phone and give another once you get there. But the worst part is the lady running the scale is straight ripping people off. I spoke with nicole on the phone and she said that if it has a label on the aluminum or stainless it doesnt make it dirty. Dirty is if it has traces of other metals attached still. or very dirty like grease and such. Well the lady at the scale went through my bin of clean aluminum and then dumped it in with my dirty aluminum bin because she seen a few pieces of aluminum with labels. Then dump my electric motots in with my transormers and said they werent electric motors. Just because they were smaller. totally changed all my piles basically robbing me of quite abit. oh and one of their scales was definately not working correctly. she tried to fix it and it still wasnt accurate and she new it, but kept using it. He saw that I had my hands full with a crying baby and toddler, he kindly assisted me in unloading and was courteous enough to take the bins up front. They do require you to put your drivers license number, license plate, a signature & your fingerprint in order to get paid out as it is part of the State of California Scrap Law.

David assured me that all PC's and any laptops go through a rigorous process of wiping internal data and destroyed manually with a drill inside the drive itself to ensure no data or information is compromised or stolen. All of this service was done for Free without any questions or pressure of needing to tip or provide financial information to David or his workers on sight. All of the Data destruction that was carried out of our building was being drilled in front of I.T supervisors and myself to prove all data is permanently gone. They have next day windows and even worked on Saturday given we had such a huge pile of E-Waste. I only recommend and will go through David's company for all my e-waste needs. Thank you David. This past week I called to complain, I was told they would pick up on Friday but no later than Saturday for sure. It's now Sunday evening the bin is still sitting on the street. Please Do Better. The bad thing is you cannot change services. DO BETTER STOCKTON. Just so you know, the recycling bin was just picked up. It's now Monday afternoon 3:30 pm.
