Stopped in this store after years of not shopping here. First no one acknowledged me. Two ladies…read morewere by the check out talking. A few other ladies was in store. As I made my way to the jewelry still no acknowledgement of my arrival. I did find a pair of earrings. I approached the check out and these ladies are still talking. No hi, did you find everything, or any greeting at all. Customer service has gone down hill. Not sure who's doing the buying, but the clothes selection was dated. I was very disappointed to say the least.

This location had about 6 racks of clearance clothing and all clearance was an additional 75% off!! I ended up buying a super cute top for $5 & a summer dress for $10! And the sales associates were so nice & very helpful but not pushy. And the dressing rooms are so nice and big, not to mention very clean!! I will for sure go back. Saving money makes me happy

This small boutique had a lot of cute items but the lack of customer service was appalling. Some…read moreguest were greeted with enthusiasm and cheerfulness but no one even spoke to us as we roamed around. It was a huge disappointment given this is a local small business. My friend made a purchase and the cashier seemed annoyed we were even there.

There were different staff than my last visit and they were so friendly and all carried a smile on their face. I'm sure there is a different management or different more pleasurable team working here as everything looked so organized and maintained. The seven people in front of me took 15 minutes. When you walk through this retail space, there is a plethora of sales signs everywhere and it appears that virtually everything is on sale. However, even with all these discounts applied, you are still spending top dollar. As I looked through much of the clothing and merchandise, it seems most of it comes from Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Bangladesh, India and Indonesia. At least the overpriced Yankee candles are made in the USA. Looking through the menswear, most of it is made in Vietnam, even the Levi's are made in Mexico in Bangladesh. The reason they get an acceptable three star rating is that everything is very well merchandised for the handful of customers in the store and the fact that they do have a Sephora.
