He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. Oh I forgot to mention the only reason he answered was because we called from a different phone number that he didn't recognize so probably thought a new job that he can sign a contract for but never does. Since we are going to have a house full, we decided that it would be great if we could. Pam coached us through picking out a carpet, arranged for the installation amidst a large project that her crew was already involved in and an unplanned non work related accident of one of her installers. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to be home when the carpet was installed. When I arrived at home from work, the carpet was in, looked fantastic, and the installer added some touches along the threshold that we had not considered at all. She gave me an estimate and said they'd call to make an appointment. After leaving several more messages I spoke w/ a man who said they were waiting for a part for the cleaner - that was a month ago - and that he'd call when they'd fixed the machine. So far, nada. Today I'm having the carpet cleaned by another company from way up in the north of the state. I like to shop locally and give my business to members of my community but this is really ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. I won't be buying anything from this store again or recommending them to anyone.

We met him through another company but found his prices reasonable and the equipment top notch. Dave was very easy to work with as we decided which size was needed for our 130 person wedding. We ended up going with a two stall restroom which worked well for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We discussed where to set it up and on the day of he moved it around to fit where we thought was best. He set up and trailer and showed us how to connect it to power and water. The restroom was immaculately clean, well lit, and as nice as you can expect. He was flexible on the pick up date and came back after the wedding and disconnected everything and hauled it away.
