Last Friday my wife had a bridal shower with ten girls. I wanted to make sure the table looked great and gave them directions to put together an amazing arrangement. The total for the flowers only was $650. See the attached picture of the only Bouquet of flowers that was on the table. I was not at the party so my wife probably assumed I gave them a $100 budget. This is ridiculous and not fair at all. I've purchased arrangements every few weeks from all the top flower stores in dallas over the years and not once have I felt cheated with pricing until last Friday. I would not recommend buying flowers from this establishment however the restaurant is amazing and I have nothing bad to say about them. This pissed me off a week later so I wanted to write a review. i feel I was taken advantage of.

This is the mantle horse I mentioned. Really beautiful.

Possibly one of the most wonderful places to explore in Dallas! Uniquely all it own style thanks to some gifted types that bring a sense of, well, where Downton Abbey meets Stanley Korshak! I've been visiting this delightful shop for years & have yet to leave without something wondrous. Not to be missed - their bathroom is minimal avant-garde of which I've replicated at my own place - wall paint & all. Just ask they will give you the name/shade of the paint. And before you leave give my regards to 'Beauty' the mantle horse that one day I hope to own! [See photo]

I'd like to preface this by saying that I'm not wealthy and definitely can't afford anything at Grange Hall. Nonetheless, I visited to admire the beautiful decor and fragrances. When you step inside, it's like entering a witch coven- I love it! Gorgeous florals, timeless candles and perfumes, artisanal tea, and fantastical jewelry. Even if you can't afford Grange Hall, you can afford a visit to appreciate their inventory.

    $110 worth of Duct Tape...

Recently called and ordered an arrangement that I saw on the website for a friend that lost his grandmother. The manager, Lauren, said it wasn't a problem and took all my info and ended up paying $110 for a $5 vase with a piece of duct tape wrapped around it. When my friend text me later that evening to thank me, he said the flowers were pretty but he couldn't believe they wrapped a piece of DUCT TAPE around the vase and called it a day! I was so embarrassed, I called the next day and spoke with Lauren, who seemed like she couldn't be bothered and her response was "well sir, we do use duct tape so... what do you want a refund?"... I'm blown away by this response, my friends and I frequent the restaurant and have NEVER had a problem with ANYONE! Lauren said she would credit me $15 for the cost of the vase, here we are a week later and no credit nor follow up... OH! And to top it all off, my friend text three days later (order placed and delivered on Mon, Thursday he text) and the flowers were completely wilted and dead! LoL STAY AWAY FROM GRANGE HALL FLORAL! It's a waste!

This hidden gem in Highland Park is an amazing find. A quaint and beautiful space with a cafe that has delicious food. Truly good food.

We had the Salmon sandwich. The ambience was five stars but the food was only 3 stars. Allot of unique art work at the store

Owner of Grange Hall participates in hate crimes! I do not recommend this business. He also participates in bullying!

If you like to collect manga and want to see a huge variety of selections, this is the place. I really like that they also have a selection of manga in Japanese! The art book aisle is awesome. It's hard to find art books in other bookstores, and even places like Barnes and Noble won't have a selection as varied as Kinokuniya. Despite the endless aisles of manga, I've surprisingly noticed that they're missing a few decently known manga. Unless I keep missing it, I've never seen The Case Study of Vanitas in their aisle, but they have the author's other work, Pandora Hearts, in there, for example. I would also say Kinokuniya is limited with their selection of anime goodies. I like that they're all very much authentic and different from your typical anime store selling pop figures and easy to find Bandai/Banpresto stuff, but their blind box selections are also becoming easy to find in other places because it's all the mainstream shows. Overall, if you're looking to expand your collection, this is the place to go.

We loved browsing there as well. The service was fantastic and the employees offered us water multiple times throughout our visit, which was so needed in this heat! The items were on the higher side of the middle price range, not too pricey, but definitely enough to not buy everything you see! I prefer this type of mindful shopping. I loved it!

She was an older white woman with short hair. When my sister and I walked in, she didn't greet us. Instead, she looked us up and down and walked away. We immediately felt disrespected, but we decided to continue browsing and see what the store had to offer. After a while, one of the other employees did eventually ask how I was doing, which I appreciated. However, the initial interaction really left a lasting impression. I had heard other women of color share similar experiences at this store, which was actually one of the reasons it took me so long to shop here in the first place. Unfortunately, my experience seemed to confirm the concerns I had heard from others. It's disappointing because the store itself is beautiful and has such a great selection, but the way we were treated made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
