Well, that sounded good to me we went looking at pools and I must say they were very helpful, we spend several hours and bought a nice 10 by 20 ft pool which we pretty much built in. Zach was the job supervisor he met with me several weeks before they started the install we blotted out where we wanted the pool. When these guys came to do the install which was done in a day. They dug the hole did what they had to they all worked so well together they didn't even have to talk to one another. I was amazed. Zach has been our go to guy when the concrete folks needed help with putting the scoping on he helped right away. Zach came to close the pool and he did it quickly always explaining. I have no complaints. We like going to the office to buy supplies and I have a Traeger smoker that I buy all of my pellets from Aurora as well. We bought the lights for the interior of the pool and the beautiful fiberglass stairs that are stunning to say the least. Highly recommend them. They are helpful and you feel confident. There are built in pool dealers that take the deposit and leave town. I have seen that all to often. That is the reason we went with Aurora.

Our recent visit resulted in a new and luxurious dishwasher for me (happy early birthday after finding a lux Bosch floor model that includes features I don't understand but with a modern no-fingerprint exterior and a coveted third row with multiple settings that I have dreamed about for years). I tried to also leave with a new bathroom vanity, but fate wasn't on my side. Custom blinds are also now haunting my dreams but the sales person (who was wonderful in indulging my whims with their planning tool) scares me off with the final price tag. I had no idea blinds could cost more than a car! I did also encounter two unicorns - an actual stuffy for my puppy (who knew Lowe's had a pet section?) and a crazy affordable peel and stick wallpaper that screams Anthropologie but without the crazy cost. I am too scared to tackle peel and stick, but I am hoping my husband may tackle the challenge with the right encouragement (we've all watched the reels of all the interesting things you can find at Lowe's!). My only complaint is that I somehow lost two hours in a store and actually missed visiting the section I went in for (light fixtures).

I had basically given up hope of having nice things until I found out about the Revolution fabric that can used on the gorgeous Norwalk furniture. I was brave and ordered a cream couch and I absolutely love it. Three days after I got the couch, my youngest wrote on it with a dry erase marker. I washed the cushion cover and the marker was gone!! I couldn't believe it. Second, I want to talk about the design services. Kellie came in and gave me a plan for my room. She helped me pick out chairs and an ottoman that go with my couch. She helped me devise a long term plan for the space that I can do over time to end up with a room that I will love and fits the needs of my family. I am not good at picking out furniture or designing a room and the fact that this came with my furniture purchase at no extra charge was fantastic. I am already looking forward to having Norwalk come back out and help me with my next room. I highly recommend Norwalk. The customer service and quality of the furniture cannot be beat!
