My wife and I went to a Home Show in Tinley Park IL in March before Covid hit. We were impressed with the products and samples they had on display and the salesperson that was representing them. We had them come out for a quote. They came in at the middle of three different quotes. Then we went to there facility in Oak Forest, IL. and met Manual. There sales manager. He was very knowledgeable and a very very nice man. He took our order and helped us choose our slabs for our new kitchen. Then as we were ready they sent out Sergio to do final measurements and templates. Another highly skilled technician. Another very nice man. The day of installation there entire crew including Sergio were very professional and did an amazing job. Everything was perfect. They did not make any mistakes. All along Manal kept us informed with our status and updates during production of the slabs. They met every goal and timeline. The communication was outstanding. Overall, our experience with our remodeling project has not been the greatest (don't ask!), so we were a little apprehensive. But when we met Manuel, he made us feel very comfortable and assured us he would do his best to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. We stopped in to browse at the granite on our way to another store to purchase granite. Manuel was so patient, professional, pleasant, and prompt with serving us. He did not rush us as a looked and rated each slab of stone I was to choose from. after we decided to purchase, he answered all of our questions and concern. the installers were on time, professional and pleasant as well. they did an excellent job in matching up the seams. the installation did not take as long as I expected. However, they took their time to complete a well satisfactory installation. Whenever my husband or I called, they answered the phone and actually called back. I am very pleased with my countertops. I will upload pics even though we are still remodeling and in process of finishing the kitchen. I became acquainted with Granite America through a home show. At the time I already had a quote from another company but I was waiting because it was over my budget and wasn't happy with the service. We were remodeling our basement and looking for countertops for our basement kitchenette. We visited several Granite shops and found quite a few we liked but we weren't ready to commit. Granite America was our last stop and we found the perfect Quartz, at a reasonable price. Manuel was patient and very helpful as we made our decision. We had issues with our cabinets ( delays with the cabinet company and COVID). Manuel agreed to hold our countertop for several months. When the cabinets were delivered we contacted Manuel and he sent someone to check the measurements and it was installed yesterday. Everything went seamlessly. The communication was top-notch, always a phone call telling me of any email I needed to respond to, and a quick response if I had any questions of concerns.
