They have plenty of people working but only one old man who can help with anything related to doors. I bought 2 Larson storm doors and paid extra for a decorative handle that won't work. The Lock body set needed for this decorative handle is unavailable. Never received the screw trim strips that should have came with the door. Spoke to the owner once in June when order was so delayed. Paid in full at time of order by the way. Mike Laird the owner said call him anytime time with any other issues. I've now left him five messages with no return call. I have a beautiful new front door and a screen door that has no handles and no caps to cover installation screws. FOX Hone Center NOT RECOMMENDED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
