The day of the event everything was excellent, exceptional food, excellent customer service by the girls helping in front checking the tables and refilling waters and cleaning tables, decoration left us speechless because it was gorgeous, my wife and my daughter loved it, all the guests loved it , we got lots of complements by our guests the day of the event and after the event, they made great comenta about the food, the service, the cleanliness the f the place and of course the exceptional decoration and the atmosphere of the place , everybody loved it, and of course we are so happy with over all of the service and the attention we got from Yasemeen, I'd like you to know that everyone did a great job, all of your people treated us so well, also want to mention that your assistant Naser was very effective, he did a great job on everything too, long story short, we él had a great experience with your place, so I invite whoever is planning a quinceañera, a wedding or other type of event to come see Yasemeen to plan and help you with your party, don't let me forget to mentioned that prices are affordable and very competitive, everything was great. They were so understanding, accommodating, and handled everything with such ease. Throughout the planning process, whether I reached out by phone or text, they were always quick to respond, followed up consistently, and addressed every question and concern I had. I booked an Afghan wedding for 200 guests, and planning an event of that size can be overwhelming, but they made it feel effortless. I visited the venue several times with family and loved ones to get opinions, visualize different layouts, and see other event setups. Despite all of our visits and endless questions, Ziarmal and Waqar were always patient, welcoming, and happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism never wavered. On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely perfect. Waqar checked in throughout the event to make sure everything was going smoothly, while Ziarmal kept the entire wedding on schedule and coordinated every detail seamlessly. Because of them, I was completely stress-free and able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with my family and friends. The place used to be the city hall located in Rancho Cordova. The outside looks like a small wine tasting room or a schoolhouse. The parking lot is rather small and no parking is allowed on the street. Alas I was able to continue driving and the next right brought me to a larger parking lot on the back side of a school. Enter into the ground of American River Grange. The ground are beautiful and on this windy day it still proved to be a beautiful ceremony. Roula was the wedding coordinator and she was fabulous. She was very attentive to details and the staff she had working with her were like a well oiled machine- they seriously made my role in the wedding that much easier. I look forward to hopefully doing another wedding there in the future.

However, after several hours and 200 guests use the bathrooms --- expect the septic to "back up" which causes a horrible smell of feces to waft throughout the facility. Not very appetizing! Once it comes to my attention that they have dug up the septic tank and fixed the problem, this venue can have its rating re-evaluated!

The venue itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful garden and a courtyard that served as the ideal backdrop for outdoor photos. The food was delightful, and the service was exceptional. The team members constantly checked on our guests--refilling water, clearing plates, and anticipating every need. Our bartender was also incredibly friendly and took fantastic care of everyone's cocktails. A special thank you to Roberto, our event manager, who regularly checked in with us to coordinate dinner timing, the toasts, and the cake cutting. Plenty of parking in front and it's shared with a shopping plaza so you can walk across the street to any store. There are tall steps to go up and down. Walking in we noticed they had a security guard. There is a small little room before you get into the main room and it's good for a people to write in the guest book and a message to the couple. They also had a mirror to take selfie in. They had a big poster sign of the couple. They also had their table assignment in the front too. Walking in was impressive. Bright lights, white floors, and mirror designs on the walls. Immediately to your left is a backdrop with a window area. They used that space for the Photo Booth and props. There was another room on the right but I think that was only for staff or another back room. Then a little bit to the right there is a stair case to the upstairs. The upstairs had a balcony area where you can see the whole venue. They had their DJ upstairs and funny enough the AC blew the most cold air there. There was also a door but I didn't go in that so I'm assuming it's like a closet space or place to get ready. Downstairs, they had so many white tables. There was a total of 20 tables. I'm assuming whatever package you purchase the event center will decorate the tables, chairs, plates and center pieces, the provider food service and the bar. They had a medium size dance floor with a long white walk way from the back to the front of the stage. Front back of the dance floor they had a little elevated area for the wedding couple to sit at. My boyfriend's cousins had their name and the theme of the wedding for their backdrop of their table. I'm sure it can also be a little stage as well. Behind the man elevated stage. There are back door that lead out to a backyard area that has corn hole, some artificial turf, and a little play area for kids. I didn't get to go outside cuz of the heat. On the right side of the venue was a little kitchen area for the dishes and plates. The wedding had their snack bar in the corner of the room. We had our own drinks in big coolers. There was a small bar area with a bartender but I believe they opted in buying their own drinks and the bartender served it. They also just mixed the cocktails for the guests. Good thing was that was open all night. Then for food, they brought their own food and had long tables of them for serving the whole party. I believe the event center provided the tables and the chafing trays. They also had a bathroom in the back of the room. There was a 4-5 stalls, a long wide mirror and nice sinks. Unfortunately, their wedding was on one of the hottest days of summer (over 100 degrees). The AC was very weak and it got really hot inside very quickly. People were using plates as fans and some smart people brought their own fans. It was getting so hot that the wedding cake was melting. The best AC was blowing upstairs near the DJ. Overall, I think the venue was a decent spot to have a wedding. I hope they definitely invest in a stronger AC unit lol. But in terms of the look, I thought it was pretty.
