After the last no, call no show, someone called me to see how my delivery went. I told her that I had no delivery. No one showed up. I told her I'd like a return. She put me on hold and spoke with someone and came back and said that they will have someone pick up the damaged table and someone will call me to schedule it. She also mentioned that she'd be back to work on that Tuesday. There was no call from them on Monday or Tuesday. I called them to follow up on 11/20 and nothing was in the notes. I was told that someone would call me. No call received. I called back on today - 11/21 and was transferred to a supervisor who said no refunds. There was nothing in the notes about prior conversations. Why do I have to keep repeating myself? Notes should be in their computer system. I followed the 72 hour window process and they did not follow through with delivery of a non-damaged product. What is their policy for multiple rescheduled and no shows? Thanksgiving is next week so I had to go buy a table.

The selection is large for the sofas and bedding. We did look for some entertainment center like shelves, tho they didn't have any at this store. Prices are a bit steeper in store than they are for the same brand of off brand stores like NFM, but the styles are also different. They have a protection plan that can be purchased for the furniture, supposedly if it's not used you get a credit at the end of the 5 years that can be used in store. We will see how that goes. We had a good experience. Now we patiently await our furniture delivery.

Because of the delivery stages & our travel, we missed the short 72 hour return window. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone until I said I wanted to buy something else from them. They would not talk to me as our order was under my wife's name. They were okay taking my credit card & money though. We now have a bed that we must get a ladder to climb into & zero customer service from Ashley. I will never buy from them again & suggest you do the same unless you do ALL the research & measurements. The sales people are of little help there & seem to only care about their commission sell. Forced to buy another bedroom set from a competitor & just take the loss on Ashley. Never again.

I'm grateful to have worked with him and appreciate how responsive he was with any questions/concerns I had. I love the furniture in my place, it's comfy and stylish. The delivery guys were professional and quick with setting up my furniture and moving it around. The delivery charge is excessive and some of the protection they offer on the furniture doesn't seem worth it. I look forward to returning here, if I am in the need for furniture.

We spent from 2:48…read morePM to 4:51 PM there, only to leave empty-handed, disappointed with the service, and standing in the middle of a heavy rainstorm. We have been loyal customers for years, during which we have purchased two dining room sets, a four-piece bedroom set, two mattresses, an adjustable bed base, and a living room set. This is the first time we have ever received such terrible treatment. The salesperson assisting us had no idea what he was doing. He told us our monthly payment would be around $200, but when the financing information came back, we were told it would actually be $644. When we asked why, the excuse was that the approval through Acima was for a 24-month term. We explained that the payment was far too high, outside of our budget, and that we no longer wanted it. However, the manager continued insisting. We then decided to look at a more affordable option to see if it would fit within our budget. The salesperson returned with new numbers, saying there would not be much difference. He told us the payments would be around $94, but when the financing was presented, it came out to $244. I do not know if Ashley is so desperate for money that they mislead customers in hopes that someone will eventually agree so they can take their money. It is truly disappointing that a store that was always our first choice treated us this way. My issue the second time was not the monthly payment itself, but rather that once again the salesperson gave us one amount, only for the actual monthly payment to be much higher. Ashley is not the only furniture store that exists, nor the only place that sells mattresses. In fact, the very next day we went to Sleep Number, purchased the mattress we needed, and completed the entire process in no more than 45 minutes. On top of that, we received exceptional customer service.

I went through their formal inspection process, which confirmed one inch of sagging, and was told that does not meet the warranty threshold of 1.5 inches. So apparently I need to keep sleeping on a failing mattress and wait until it gets worse before they will help me. I offered to pay the difference toward a replacement. I offered to accept store credit. I asked for a partial refund. Every option was declined. I have now spoken to multiple people, been escalated twice, and received the same answer each time: not our problem. At no point did anyone make a genuine effort to find a solution. I was told to come back in three months when the sagging gets worse. That is not customer service, that is stalling. The math here is simple. I am either stuck with a $1,500 mattress that is falling apart, or I buy a new one and I am out $3,000+. Living Spaces has made it clear they are comfortable with that outcome. If you are considering a large purchase here, especially a mattress, think carefully. The product warranty sounds good until you actually need to use it.
