We stopped in on Saturday around noon and quickly got a table. It was my first time here! Vibes were great. Food was sooooo good!! Staff was so nice and checked on us multiple times. Parking was a bit difficult. But I will be back!

After two solid years of parenting tag-team with zero nights off, my husband and I finally snagged a sitter on our FWB vacay and ran out the door like teenagers skipping curfew. A friend had recommended Ivy and Ale for date night, and it did not disappoint--at least not in terms of vibes. We sat outside under a canopy of trees, string lights overhead, and a quiet that can only be described as luxury when you're usually dining with toddlers. Ambiance? A+. It felt cozy, romantic, and just the right amount of casual. We both tried local hard seltzers we'd never heard of before (adventurous, I know). They were light, fruity, and hit the "we're on a date and don't need to chug caffeine or wine from a plastic cup" sweet spot. Food-wise, we had a split experience. My husband ordered the pistachio-crusted salmon on a bed of orzo with roasted lemon and practically licked the plate clean. His only complaint? He wanted more of it. I had the blackened shrimp and grits. Now listen, I'm picky about shrimp, but when it's blackened right, I'm in. Unfortunately, this shrimp wasn't really blackened--more lightly sautéed with a whisper of seasoning. The grits and sauce were solid, but most of the shrimp stayed behind on my plate. Could've been a hit, but it just missed the mark for me. Naturally, we needed dessert to make things right. We couldn't decide between the orange crème brûlée and the olive oil cake with berries and cream, so we went for both. They weren't bad by any means, just not the grand finale I was hoping for. The brûlée could've used a thicker, crunchier top, and the olive oil cake leaned a little dense and extract-heavy for my taste. Still edible. Still pretty. Just not the kind of sweet note I wanted to end on. TL;DR: Ivy and Ale is an absolute date night vibe with outdoor charm and solid drinks. The food had some highs (that salmon!) and a few misses, but all in all, it's worth checking out--especially if your babysitter's on the clock and you're in desperate need of grown-up time.

Such a cool atmosphere and vibe. Plants everywhere (and for sale) and indoor/outdoor comfortable and versatile seating. Staff is very knowledgeable on the wines and super friendly and inviting. Food was awesome, the whipped feta dip is something we talk about at least weekly, I like to save some of it to put on top of the burger, 10/10. Definitely a place you want to check out.

Ft.Walton is known for its beautiful beaches. I travel for work and it's always hard to find high quality food and service. I have to say this place is a gem! The atmosphere is in trenched with beautiful flowers and modern decor. They had me also with music selection of Zach Bryan. Ok on to food and service. Ladies night is on Thursday with discounted drinks and my server was amazing! You cant go wrong with their hot whipped feta spread. Their chef also featured a perfectly cooked salmon over orzo rice. If you're in the Ft. Walton area this place is a must dinning experience.

This is a hidden gem!! Absolutely the most adorable restaurant with its aesthetics and atmosphere. It offers a variety of craft brews, wines, seltzers etc. I ordered their Florida Hazy and Waygu Breakfast Smash Burger which comes with a side of potatoes, very delicious!! They have a very eclectic, earthy vibe with tons of plants to choose from if you're interested. Very happy I stopped in and I'll definitely be coming back with my fur child because they're paw friendly

Bought 3 pallets of St Augustine. Very uneven quality at delivery which I immediately reported,…read morebut was told it "would green up." Two weeks later, with abundant water and sunshine, the replacement sod is almost all brown and dying. My yard service informs me its infested with sod webworms. Asked Woerner's for a refund and they will only replace or refund one pallet. Will not make the mistake of buying sod from Woerner Landscape ever again. BUYER BEWARE.

I had 7 pallets of sod installed in my front yard. At first it was beautiful and lush green. But…read morewithin a week it started to turn brown in patches, and the deterioration was noticeable on an almost hourly basis. I called my landscaping professional, a company I have had great service from for 9 years. He discovered an infestation of sod webworms, the worst he had ever seen. They were in every part of the sod I bought from Woerner turf. The yard was bare earth before the sod install; there is no doubt that the webworms and their eggs were delivered with the turf. This isn't supposed to happen. Most sod farms treat their sod to kill pests prior to harvesting. Obviously, this step was overlooked for my sod. My landscaper was able to treat the lawn and kill off the infestation, but the damage was severe. There are parts of the turf that will not recover. I reached out to Woerner turf through my sod installer to see what there warranty policy was. I wasn't too upset; these things happen. I figured they would deliver a couple of pallets to replace the worst parts and we'd call it good. No dice. John, the manager, refused to warranty their sod. He said their sod farm was "meticulously maintained" and the infestation was not from their sod. Obviously not true. He told my installer he would call me personally to follow up (he didn't). Pretty pathetic. Deliver a defective product and refuse to take accountability. Cost me over $3,000 for the turf and landscaping, and now I have to do it again. Stay away. There are plenty of places to buy turf from.
