They took advantage of me with this property I bought they never did a walk-through before I bought it to make sure it was cleaned out like they said it was gonna be it was supposed to be plowed by the seller or the realtor until I bought it and it wasn't my friend and I came up here. There was over a foot of snow we are both I'm disabled and my friend was helping me shovel until we had somebody that plowed it but these two people for realtors they will take advantage of anybody them somebody will be held accountable because I was told it was supposedly 54% for fuel for propane and I've only lived in the home for four days and it was at 25% so there's no way that propane would've been at 54% so they totally lied on that as well I had to pay out of pocket this is not right that I had to pay for this when I was told one thing and it's another. I was always told by Woody you can trust I cannot trust anybody from a realtor office anymore and I will not recommend these two to anybody or this firm again do not trust them.

They have a whole automated system set up so that they can service the entire project over the Internet -- so you don't have to be in NH to use them. The system walks even Web newbies through the process of defining what one wants in a web site, content, flow, look & feel, SEO, etc. Because of this, I got exactly what I wanted, and a site that really reflects me, my business and my value proposition. I would recommend them strongly as a resource for small businesses, particularly professional services businesses. They also do more complicated e-commerce sites and work with larger companies as well.

Why is your Property manager just simply not letting another manager handle me? Why are you cleaning up other apartment? Y'all Why is your on-site living help telling other businesses of other peoples that live here to other people causing drama and problems? I will guess they have a system of some kind on sharing new leads. The initial call seemed to go well. She was upbeat and seemed to have the experience in the field. Days went buy after and I finally contacted her asking for any results on her search. Odd response - I do work another full-time job. You really need someone with more time available.- So wanting a response with in 3 days is too much pressure? PS I am pre approved for a loan - have great credit and ready to move. All good things I would think.
