The store is huge, got massive sections of TV, kitchen, home appliances. The customer service and geek squad are in front part of the store, towards Route 17. They offer sale prices on many items and also help with price match on the eligible products. Over the years I have put many online orders from this store to pickup. Everytime my experience was smooth and quick. Never had any issues with any of the pickup. One time I actually had problem with a laptop I received at home and the associate helped me to exchange and order a new one instantly. My most recent order was to pick up my Apple watch. I went in an hour before closing. The store was clean and tidy. I went to register, got my item and walked back to my car within minutes.

We purchased a table and after delivery, we noticed some nicks after we came back from vacation. We never used it as we were still looking for dining chairs. Our expert woodworker noticed that it isn't "solid" wood as the salesman mentioned and he pointed out the multiple nicks and scratches throughout the table. The table base was held together with only Phillips heads, small washers, and staples. The staples held the panels that formed the base and our woodworker mentioned that another couple had the same table except that one had glue instead of staples. I tried calling them and nobody picked up, when my wife called they were very rude and the person who I believe is the owner of Pera initially stated that there is a "lifetime" warranty and pretended to try and work with you. However, the second time my wife called, he stated that he never mentioned that and claimed we were the ones who damaged the table. His attitude seems to give off that his product is superior to others and nothing can compare to it. We also heard from our neighbors that Peradesign wasn't the first business he owned, there have been multiple businesses before Pera was even a thought. We are dissatisfied with this company and be wary of those who claim their product is perfect.

You can check in via a QR code or on an iPad; the QR code didn't work for me, so I used the iPad instead. I saw two people have their vacuums fixed in under 10 minutes. The staff quickly diagnosed each issue and clearly explained the problem to the customers. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair my item, but the staff member was helpful. They offered me a 20% discount on a newer model and also let me know about the discounted price for the model I owned. I chose not to purchase another one, but I appreciated the suggestion.

6/26/26: Purchased a Dyson Nural hairdryer in February '26. In June, the dryer started acting…read moreweird. I was annoyed because Dyson products are not cheap. Luckily, the service center wasn't too far from me. The Dyson service center is easy to find. It's a very short distance past the Paramus Park Mall entrance. When you pull in, just drive a short distance to the back of the strip mall. That's where the Dyson Service Center is located. It's a small shop. When you enter, be sure to take a good look at the check-in areas. I noticed the signs appeared to be in very small print. Antonice assisted me. She took my dryer into the back to test it. About 15 minutes later she came out and told me that I was getting a new dryer. It was still under warranty. (Since the Dyson Service center is "Company Owned", they should've given me a new dryer at that moment). About five days later, I did receive a new dryer by UPS. In the meantime, I had to use my old Dyson. I wasn't offered a loaner dryer while awaiting a new one. My 6 year old original Dyson dryer was probably the best. It had fewer bells and whistles on it. Fewer issues to worry about. The service center does have a decent size parking area. No appointment is needed. It's a first come, first serve business. So far, the new dryer works great!
