Complete lack of respect for patient's time, Twice, showed up on time for appointment. We had to close up our own business to get to appointments. We are a family owned investment and asset management firm. We have our own obligations and our time is valuable Just like anyone else. Both instances at least 10 persons in waiting area and on one instance there were also 5 to 7 waiting outside in overflow. Asked front desk staff, "are appointments running on time?" answer, "there is one physician here today." rather than admitting that appointments are not on time and providing a potential solution such as rescheduling or giving an approximate adjusted timeline to be seen so we can make an informed choice. Since there was no accurate or credible information provided and we had already closed our business that day, we reluctantly continued to wait it out. First contact with Richardson was at 1hour and 7minutes after scheduled appointment time. On intro there was no apology or acknowledgement that he was late. He quickly proceeded through the consult. We believe he was aware of our displeasure with the wait time since he shifted his tone with us.He appeared frustrated and angry in our opinion. When a suggestion was presented to call us next time in advance knowing that appointments are running over an hour late he appeared even more angry again not acknowledging or addressing the late appointment. We are disgusted with the complete lack of respect and arrogance. How simple would it have been to have just simply said, "I understand you have waited over an hour past your appointment time and we apologize for the delay". Although the surgery services are most likely good here anyone should highly consider other services available that may have more respect for their patients' time and know how to run a more efficient flow of business. We chose to not return to this practice for their services and have already gone through the necessary surgery with rehab through another credible and professional practice. Pros: Knowledgeable, efficient, answered question and seems to be a thoughtful care plan. Does not push potentially unnecessary procedures or surgery. Open to talking through options methodically. TBD: Filling in paperwork for work seems to be a profit center. Am an active patient and they want $25 to complete check marks of roughly 5 pages and a signature. Have never come across this previously. Seem excessive but need paperwork for job so unless they modify this I am stuck. read more

My husband and I met Colby and I explained I thought I had a torn rotator cuff AGAIN. I was sent in for xrays. He explained the results and performed ROM and told me there was no way I had a tear. He and my husband proceeded to talk me into an injection which I acquiesced to but then insisted I wanted the MRI which he said would have to be done with contrast in order to see any microscopic tears. See attached results. Prior repair frayed, two tears one full thickness, and a torn ligament. I gave him the courtesy of returning for my results. I'm not sure who the young guy was that came into my room with him. I was not introduced nor asked if it was okay for this stranger to listen in on my care. I did stay long enough to hear how tough I am and for him to discuss how bad things were. I obviously went to a different practice (not the surgeon he recommended) and will have surgery soon with Dr. Williams who I loved! Very nice man and very thorough! Vast difference to Colby. Yes Colby, sometimes you do need to LISTEN to your patients. I knew I had a tear. You didn't, but I did. read more

The office staff is professional and polite. I've seen Dr. Richardson ( specializes in the hand) several times: for trigger finger, for cyst removal, and for carpal tunnel. He has been thorough, competent, and sometimes funny. I appreciate this practice very much. read more

Stay away from this practice! I have been complaining about knee pain for months. I saw Mark Thiele, PA-C Physician Assistant several times and asked him for an MRI as my pain was in the back of my knee and I though it might be ligament damage. He told me I didn't need and MRI and that the pain was from bone on bone in my knee. He gave me cortisone injections and a gel injection over the course of a few months, all the while insisting I did NOT need an MRI and that even if I got one it wouldn't show any ligament damage behind the knee Finally after the pain kept getting worse I asked my primary physician to send me for an MRI and guess what? I have a completely torn ACL! For months now I have probably making things worse by walking and not seeing someone who knew what they were doing and could have started the proper treatment. This is what happens when doctors do NOT listen to their patients and start playing God. If you need treatment-FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE!!! read more

My experience was absolutely terrible. After waiting days for the appointment and taking time to show up the terrible MA for Dr Chun shouted at me, got argumentative, and acted as if I was seeking pain medicine. I explained that I fell and hurt my shoulder and that as a current patient at that facility I have never once asked for or been offered pain medicine and that I was here for an examination and imaging to see how bad my shoulder is. She was so hostile and said very mean things under her breath that I am a stupid drug addict. She yelled and left, then came back into the room and said she cancelled my appointment and that I should t come back. After speaking with the manager I have been allowed to remain as a patient, for other providers at this clinic. I returned and was told by another patient that SOME of the staff hide behind a patient conduct policy. He told me they hate their customers and that if he could get out of town he would find another provider. My experience was much better the second time around, but, this place does have a problem with staff not being nice and management only enforcing their code of behavior one way. I will update this review if anything changes. read more
