Our initial experience was good with Jenko but then it turned for the worst…read more The subway tiling was horrific and we had to ask them to do the repairs. 100% sloppy work! Once the quartz island was installed, we noticed scruff marks from the polishing. Oscar was unable to remove and made more damage to the 92" island. He sent another worker to assist and was unable to repair the damaged he caused. They reluctantly offered to replace the island top. Once 2nd top arrived for installation, it was 2 inches shorter! Now 90" in length. The entire concept of the new island was to have a longer top. Once we asked why it changed, the owners said they followed the original paperwork... which they had as 90" but we had as 92". When questioned why the difference they could not explain and played dumb. We told them it was 92" and not 90". They attempted to leave the house without sealing the granite counter to the island base. NO changes was what they said. Exhausted with trying to communicate with them... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JENKO MGL GRANITE TO ANYONE. 1. Poor communication unless you have someone to translate from Mongolian to English. 2. Sloppy work from tiling to installation of the island. 3. Never arrived to the site on time and Multiple excuses for delay. 4. Asked my son help carry the quartz into the house bc they did not bring enough workmen. 5.
