I finally could hear someone on the other end that grasped the severity of our situation and was not turned off by the distance, and moreover, genuinely wanted to help. I then spoke with James who after verifying our car's model and vin #, said he indeed could make us a key. Forwarded him our exact location and in a couple hours (incredible for how remote we were) James and Melissa showed up with their dogs in tow- turns out they were a family business! James made us the key (like magic) and all of our problems just vanished. I really don't know what we would've done without their sacrificing their own time to come and bail us out. Even the bill was under what we were expecting especially considering the amount of travel involved. When I look back on that day, I think how easy it could have been for Melissa to just say 'sorry we don't service that area' and that would have been completely understandable. But Melissa and James are different, they were willing to go the extra (hundred) miles and spend 4 hours of driving time to essentially rescue us from a disaster. 5 Stars doesn't do them justice, they gave more than 110%. Both times, they did more than contracted to do...just to do it right, and did not charge a penny more. Their crews are professional, engaging and work their tails off. I watched them all day as they carefully removed quite a bit of large timber. After connecting with the crew to say goodbye, I watched them drive away and went back to the house. I then heard the shredder start up again and looked out the window. The crew drove down my road, noticed some dead branches just off the road that we had forgotten to include.
