The plan was to make the bathroom handicap accessible incase my husband or I became wheelchair bound in the future. Also, of course, I wanted it to be more esthetically pleasing! We communicated primarily by texting and sending photos back and forth. We shopped on line (eg Lowes and Home Depot) then we each went to the local stores in our towns and looked at the real materials and compared our thoughts. The remodel also included the adjoining closets and some minor changes in the master bedroom. The final result was far better than I had anticipated. Also, she helped me plan a rearrangement of the furniture in the den and the bedroom to make each room more inviting. Altogether she was very pleasant to work with and had a lot of ideas that I wouldn't have thought of.

Said they would go out next day and send email with tracking number. Great! One week and several days go by and nothing. Called to follow up, and they said it went out last Monday and sorry they will send tracking number that day. Again, nothing. Called two days later and they apologized and said they were busy cuz of holidays. Again, they would send email. Two days later finally emailed and the products were only shipped the day before. I get they are busy but don't LIE to me!!!! Won't go back!

I used Ken's services for a variety of jobs as we moved into our new-to-us home and began…read morerenovating it: install new doors, replace existing doors, replace door handles, remove a french door and repair the remaining frame, remove our kitchen counter and back splash, build new steps into our garage, replace light fixtures, remove wall heater and repair the resulting hole in the wall, install an inset bathroom medicine cabinet, find and install custom hinges for a folding door in our hallway laundry closet, find and install custom doors for several cabinets. Throughout the process, Ken listened to what we wanted, asked good questions and gave us suggestions to improve on our ideas. His work was always excellent: accurate, neat and tidy, always better than I expected. Ken's work was meticulous. He would not call a job done until it met his high standards. His rates were reasonable, he lived up to his quotes, and he gave us estimates for any work he felt was beyond the scope of his original quotes. Ken worked quietly, had every tool needed for the variety of jobs we gave him and cleaned up daily. Overall, I recommend Ken highly! I will continue to use his services as new projects come up.
