She also was very helpful with design ideas and guiding us to choose things that would work together. When we wanted a style or product they didn't have she was able to find it and get it in stock for us. She didn't make us feel rushed and she and the team did a great job installing all the tile and flooring. Hailey was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. Hailey also helped us on pricing when needed and if we were able to find the same product at a lower cost elsewhere she was always willing to price match. Some other people involved in our build would be visibly bothered by late changes or requests, but that was not at all the case with Hailey. After…read moremany delays and finally a switch in product our vinyl plank floor was installed; all the time holding our 50 percent down payment. The installation occurred without a hitch and professionally, but it took two more visits to complete the project. Though our salesperson said it wasn't needed, additional underlayment was installed in one room. Fine, so far. The problem came with the billing. Earlier, when our product was changed, we established a new final cost with our salesperson. But when the bill was received, it was $609 more that the pre-agreed final cost. The invoice noted the additional underlayment in the one room and additional prep work. However, there wasn't any additional prep work required as the one room was cleaned down to the subfloor like all others; a step necessary to apply the product even without underlayment as we were told. We contacted L.P. by letter stating our concern and included extra payment for the underlayment. We pointed out that the existing contract covered all prep work yet they were charging us for more. Nevertheless, this letter and documents of proof were ignored. Instead, we received yet another bill without any response to our concerns. Ultimately, we paid L.P. in full on their terms but not with once again stating our concerns. That inquiry was ignored too. They cashed the check.

They are cupping and lifting. Throughout residence, they are not adhering to the subflooring. They sound hollow and move like floating floors. They have splintered edges and gaps between planks. They did not install a transition piece from hardwood to cement in the mechanic closet. They did not install caulking at patio door where hardwood meets door frame. The caulking around the tubs and exterior doors extremely sloppy with gaps. Tape denotes where the hardwood floor is not adhering to subfloor. Hollow sounding with the hardwood giving to walking throughout residence. Floor touchup marker was used to cover large area of scratches. They didn't protect the floor when they were installing hardwood. Worked inside of home, and the interior of my furnace is hardened with sawdust. See photos.

The sales people were very knowledgable and nice to deal with. The customer service was a little…read moreslow in returning calls for issues that came up. The worst part was the install. Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently. It seems no one in the cut shop or the install crew cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They don't understand this affects the future business of the company. Someone in management is not stressing these issues and not training the employees properly. I really don't know how they employees are treated.. this makes a huge difference. I also know good help is hard to find. What ever happened to the saying "Autograph your work with excellence" ? When it takes four trips over two months to install and correct mistakes (not all have been corrected and I had to point out and explain how to fix them before they were properly installed), there is a problem. That even sounds crazy to me, and I 'm living it. This company doesn't realize that when someone spends $10000, they expect a little something in return. You can't even buy quality and caring at BAGM. I don't think that this is too much to ask for. My advice is to try somewhere else. I'm am really disappointed, it is a beautiful product, but not my money's worth.
