On the website it says they don't sell to international buyer online, so I asked if I can get a phone number to call in to order myself some pans, so I wrote to them to ask for a number as there's no phone number on website to customer service person, Aimee, a phone number, but rather than getting me back with a phone number, she totally ignored the question and told me it should work and this took 2 days already. Aimee then told me the country I selected wasn't turned on, so it should work now, without apologies or caring. It sounded like she was just making it up on the spot. It took 7 days for the customer service person, Aimee to tell me over and over that it works for her, so it should work for me too, although I asked her what I'm doing wrong with all my login details sent her. First it was something small from putting my city in capital, which doesn't even say so on the page that I need to do that. I sent her screenshots of the error I was getting, but still the same answer, it works for her, so it should work for me. Aimee also starts all her emails with just name, no hi or dear. I already knew from her unprofessionalism that she's not that good, but I didn't think she will be this bad. Aimee also said she will help me over the weekend, but didn't do so, and again, failed to explain why and told me again, it worked for her. Online purchase should be straight forward and easy, but these 7 long days had led me to frustration and not wanting to trust Manpans brand. It seems like Manpans only have Aimee working for them and at this rate, they won't sell many pans or build their brand name as Aimee simply doesn't care enough. I hope is only Aimee who's getting this company down, cus that's a easy fix, but the problem is, she's the only one who answered my questions, so I presume she doesn't get supervised closely, she just do whatever she wants and no one from Manpans will know. All I wanted was to buy some pans with Manpans... What a huge disappointment. Well, at least I know why it's not that known in the USA and in the world.

Just one phone call and Andy was on the job ready to go to work. He made the space wider and higher. He shaved about 1/4 of an inch off the end of the countertop, slipped one section of the upper cabinets out, took it to the shop and shaved off about 3/8 of an inch and slipped back into place. You can't tell it was ever moved. I give Andy six stars, maybe seven. It is really hard to find a cabinet shop that would take a job like that.
