It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. We babied the tree watering it regularly and despite our care, it went dormant very early and parts seem to die. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.

That's why we always gave people a 90 day or one growing season guarantee at Ritters. They don't do that you buy something there. It's yours you just paid the price for something that's never gonna last possibly. If it were me, I would never purchase anything at Ritter's again. I spent $350 on a tree that was dead in 30 days but it's your money your choice.

When my husband returned to get the trees he was told they wouldn't honor the prices we were quoted (even with Lark's name and the post-it note) and overall his experience with the team that day was super poor. We wouldn't purchase here again due to this experience unfortunately and the bait and switch pricing is really poor form.
