Just one phone call and Andy was on the job ready to go to work. He made the space wider and higher. He shaved about 1/4 of an inch off the end of the countertop, slipped one section of the upper cabinets out, took it to the shop and shaved off about 3/8 of an inch and slipped back into place. You can't tell it was ever moved. I give Andy six stars, maybe seven. It is really hard to find a cabinet shop that would take a job like that. Saved by the delivery driver. Our first delivery experience…read morewas absolutely horrible two years ago. We bought a new house and had to get another washer & dryer. The softer side of me thought they deserved a second chance. We were on the schedule for a Saturday delivery of our washer, dryer, and fridge. The morning of the delivery they called with a 6 PM to 8 PM window, on a Saturday mind you. The closer to 8 it got the more anxious I became. We had gone a week without a fridge and I was looking forward to having a semi-functional house. 8:15 PM they called to say they were running behind, but they were still going to make the delivery. By the time they showed up I was on the verge of rage and asked my wife if we should tell them to forget about the whole thing. I had had it with Fred's delivery crew. Much to my surprise, the delivery guys were awesome. They were respectful and very informative about the functionality of the appliances (including ones they didn't deliver). They left out home at 10:30 PM and still had to drive North 30 minutes to Athol for their last delivery. Their crew is being over worked and their scheduler should be ashamed.

We got the appliance as a package deal with our new builder home. I tried to get it replaced because a dishwasher should not die on you that soon of having it. I was willing to pay for the upgrade etc. I tried to call the sales rep who is in charge of this (John Anderson) and he was very unprofessional and rude. He did not return my call initially. I called a second time and left a message - he texted me instead. In his messages he was "in meetings all morning and could only text". He wrote me paragraphs and was rude the entire time and did not want to help me at all in any way. I tried to call the store and every manager or supervisor or anything was not in for whatever reason. If I was a paying customer please beware and do not shop here. They sell you faulty appliances and then do. Nothing to help you. I've lived in brand new homes my entire life and never had issues within six months with appliances. Costco would never treat (I have experience with their appliances as well) this way. They also don't sell faulty appliances to begin with and steal your money. The least they could do is be nice to their customers. Avoid this location and especially this sales rep.

Bill was very professional and knew the switch on the washer door was bad before he even took it…read moreapart. All we could see wrong was the latch was broken. He fixed the latch and the door would finally close, but it wouldn't turn on. He confirmed it was the switch that tells the washer to start, so he ordered it and was back as soon as he got the part and fixed the problem. We highly recommend Bill the appliance guy to fix all our appliances, he also fixes ceiling fans and does light plumbing! His rates are very reasonable, all together he was here for 3 1/2 hours and only charged 300.00 for parts and labor.
