Pricing was better than Lowe's and whereas Lowe's and Home Depot told us 2-3 months lead time, Granite Vision was ready when we were ready. Once we made our deposit she ordered our stone so that she had it available. After our cabinets were installed they came and measured we had our countertops in less than a week later. Phenomenal Business! We were trying to move forward on a remodel using the countertop contractor hired by Ikea as part of our kitchen remodel. The company kept moving our measuring appointment out due to "emergencies". I did a Google search and found Granite Vision just around the corner from my house. They had the material and manufactured onsite! We picked the countertop material that evening and scheduled the measurements for the next morning. No upselling, no production delays, etc.; the process was simple, fast, and straightforward. The counter materials were actual slabs of material in the warehouse, large enough for you to imagine what the finished product would look like in your house. I'm sharing my recent experience with Granite Vision so others can make a fully informed decision before moving forward with this company. Pricing Issue I was originally quoted $740.01 for a quartz vanity top I purchased from them. After final measurements were taken, the price unexpectedly increased to $895.00. We eventually agreed on $800.00, yet my card was still charged the full $895.00. Although the overcharge was later corrected, it was only after I noticed it and contacted them. This should not have required me to catch and resolve it myself. Product Installed Did Not Match the Sample The vanity top installed on January 16, 2026, was supposed to be Silestone Stellar Snow, consistent with the sample and a previous purchase. What was installed looks noticeably different: * Sample: White background with more prominent chips * Installed top: Beige/cream background with fewer chips This is not a subtle or normal variation. The difference is obvious, even when compared side by side with the white sink and toilet in the same lighting. I consulted with other professionals who agreed that the installed material appears significantly different from the sample and original product. Attempts to Resolve the Issue I reported the problem the same day as installation. Initially, I was told it was "just lighting." After I provided photos clearly showing the color difference, the representative acknowledged that it looked different but then attributed it to dye lot variations and stated they were not responsible per the contract. On January 22, 2026, I submitted a formal written request asking for a replacement that reasonably matches the sample. I made every effort to give the company the opportunity to correct the issue and simply do the right thing. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or email. What has been most disappointing is not just the pricing confusion or the material discrepancy, but the lack of accountability and communication when I tried to resolve the situation fairly. I would definitely recommend using Granite Vision! I stopped in the Persistence drive showroom and Frank showed me all the various stones. He was very knowledgeable and I actually switched from wanting granite to quartz. I emailed them with estimated measurements and Monday morning I received a call from Kimberly to answer a few questions. She was super friendly, explaining deposit and payment requirements and scheduled the meeting for actual measurements for Thursday. The guys were very professional and punctual and answered all my questions. Kimberly called me the next morning and scheduled my install for the following Thursday. We were to have a new kitchen sink installed in my son and daughter-in-law's house. The sink was larger than the original one so these people were going to cut the granite to accommodate the new sink. After numerous calls to their employer the office called to say they could not do that work - they were afraid they'd ruin the countertop. However, we had them drill two holes in the master bath countertop to accommodate a new faucet. They could not hook up the new faucet because they only work with granite and are not plumbers. They drilled the holes and set the new pieces of the faucet into the holes but left the hoses loose under the countertop. They were here about 11am. About 4pm my daughter-in-law used the restroom and came out saying water was all over the floor. We checked under the vanity and the hose for the hot water had not been turned off completely. Needless to say, underneath the vanity completely flooded ruining everything - electric razors, decor, etc. My son was able to get the water completely off when he got home. Unfortunately, the back of the vanity is wet as well as wood under their home in their crawl space. Upon calling the company we were basically called liars and were told that we had faulty plumbing. This was a cheap $200 job that will now end up costing a significant amount more to repair things that shouldn't have needed to be repaired had the job been done correctly. As you can see from the first picture posted - that is the hose that was left under the countertop leaking. We were able to pull it up top to drain into the sink. Also, I was asked to pay in cash. Which I gave to one of the workers. He asked me if the money was for him and his Buddy or for the company. I found that to be a little shady and am extremely thankful I did not offer a tip. Totally disgusted not only with the workers but also the woman in the office I spoke with. Thankful they were not able to do the kitchen sink. Who knows what mess we would have encountered with that. I got this company to replace my kitchen counters AND my bathroom vanities. It was a lot of work but they were very meticulous about getting everything done correctly and to my satisfaction. Originally I didn't ask for the vanities to be done but when I did they made a special trip to my house to get correct measurements before the installation date so it didn't have to get pushed back. I was a little nervous about how everything would look but was given some tasteful advice about which rock to pick and much reassurance. Needless to say my counters and vanities look beautiful! After everything was installed they walked me through an inspection of their work before payment. They definitely cleaned up well. Thank you Granite Vision! read more

We are pretty disappointed in our experience with Granite Vision. Some of the blame certainly falls on us, but the unwillingness to make an unhappy customer happy or work with us in any way is disappointing. Our initial design done by Home Depot called for an overhang of 12 inches on our island. The Granite Vision salesman said it was fine. When they came to measure the template the guy says that there's not enough room, etc. I thought he was just going to shorten the overhang by an inch. As it turns out I "verbally committed" to removing the entire overhang. They sent the drawings and contract to my wife who was the main point of contact and she signed them in haste not realizing that this conversation ever took place. When they come to install the tops the overhang is missing and my wife is in tears. She discussed with them over the phone for an hour and they hid behind the contract and said nothing could be done. The installers told us that could absolutely be an overhang in our space and even the original size we wanted. So, yes, we are at fault for signing and not fully reviewing the docs, but if the tech just measured what was originally planned then none of this happens. So, we bite the bullet and order a replacement to fit our original specs, no discount or anything. We are told $1800. When my wife goes to sign the paperwork she is told that due to the size of the island the tops will need to braces which adds $200 for a total of $2000. Fine whatever, let's just put this chapter behind us. They just installed the new island top. Upon final inspection there are no braces. We talk to the installer and they said that they are not in fact needed because the overhang is only 12 inches. Ok, so we'll pay the $1800 and be done with it. Uh no, now they tell us that the braces were only $50 a piece and we need to pay $1900. The contract we signed does not itemize the braces, it just says tops plus 2 braces for $2000. On top of all of this they broke the original granite piece that they took off. We had arranged to sell that and now it's broken and they're squeezing us for an extra $100 for the braces. Unreal. Buyer beware. They've visited our house twice and left my wife in tears twice. The product is great, looks great, etc. but they really need to work on their customer satisfaction and communication. Update: It gets worse. The plumber came later in the day to install the faucet, etc. The holes for the faucet, disposal button and soap dispenser were drilled too close to the sink. In fact they drilled partially into the sink. The plumber could not proceed because there's no room underneath to bolt anything. A shop manager is supposedly on their way to pay a visit. read more

Roni, David, and Santos are all very professional and courteous, and they do excellent work. I had a countertop installed for a breakfast bar and they helped me pick a great color and they did a fantastic job on the installation. They showed up when they said they would--a rarity for contractors in my experience, and finished when promised--also a rarity (unfortunately). These guys are great--they have very competitive pricing (for my application theirs was the best), they show up and finish on time, and they keep you informed at every step in the process. read more

We just renovated our kitchen, and used granite vision for our countertops. Everything along the way was great. We gave them some rough measurements, and they gave us a range of stone to compare the prices against and weigh the options. Obviously this allowed us to compute the price per square foot so their price transparency was perfect. They gave us good recommendations on design decisions to think about so we could make the best choice. We were able to pick a quartz style that was already in stock, and reserve it for when our cabinets were in. Scheduling the measurements was very easy, and the guy walked us through any discussions and design decisions. The turnaround was only a week. The crew came and did both the countertop and backsplash in one day and fixed even some imperfections on the spot. Note to others: have your faceplates for electrical outlets/switches. We did not so when we did put them on, they were slightly misaligned. We emailed Granite Vision around 8am on Monday. By 9ish they were calling us back, and by 10:30am the factory manager was here to quickly resolve the issue. Simply awesome. The price transparency, quality, and customer service was great throughout. We definitely recommend them for any countertop or stone work!!! read more

We reviewed Granite Vision customer comments and were impress with the reviews. They also said the work could be done right away. We live in Arkansas and have our Woodbridge house listed for sale. Getting the work done fast was a consideration in our decision to use Granite Vision. Granite Vision was not the lowest quote - a company in Fairfax provided a lower quote to complete the installation but they could not get to the job for several days. Granite Vision's rough initial estimate was based on a rough drawing that was provided and they said some items had not been quoted. Granite Vision's staff came out to do final measurements but they did not update their estimate and our fault was not to request an updated quote. Items not included in the quote -- taking out existing counter tops and disposing of them, taking out the sink/garbage disposal in the old counter top and reconnecting them in the Granite Vision counter top, and changing out the existing electrical outlets in the old counter top and reinstalling them in the new counter top. Granite Vision called me on several occasions about additional work not in their rough estimate: demolition was not included in their rough estimate, do you want us to remove the debris; their rough estimate did not include removing the sink and reinstalling it, he needed a plumber for that; and reinstalling the electrical outlets in the counter tops required an electrician. Our Real Estate Broker has sent us pictures of the counter tops as well as pictures furnished by Granite. I have no issue with the quality of final Granite Vision completed job (including hauling off the demolition counter top, the quality of the plumbing work, or the quality of the electrical work. I was disappointed that they didn't update their estimate after going to the house and give a final installation price. The final price was about 25% higher than their initial estimate. My recommendation is to ask Granite Vision for a quote that includes fully functioning counter tops (back splash, plumbing, electrical, demolition, and clean up.) Ask what is not include in the Granite Vision quote and decide whether you will locate the additional craftsmen necessary to complete the job or will Granite Vision talk with the other trade craftsmen required to complete the job and provide you a consolidated quote. read more
