It was also surprising that there were no bars in the shower and we had to install them at a very expensive cost. The biggest complaint is the inconsistency of the food. They run out of basic food items like potatoes daily, as well as many featured items on the menu. They know how many residents they have - it shouldn't be so hard to plan for that. They also serve food that is still frozen. If they can get the kitchen / food situation fixed, I would give them a higher rating. The on-premise management seems to have their hands tied by the corporate owners and it's a disappointing situation.
