Day 2: they sent an unvaccinated CNA to assist despite our specific request to only have vaccinated attendees in our home due to immunocompromised people in the home. Day 3: CNA shows up very late and does nothing all day. Made no effort to do even the basics such as changing diapers despite prompts. Day 4: early call that nobody was coming and backup wasn't answering their phone. Cancelled contract. Do not use.
