They had to fix a number of issues including dry-rot, lack of insulation, replacing various layers of the exterior around the windows and weather-proofing the house in parts where it was lacking. They came out in a very timely manner to provide a quote. Corvair clearly explains the work he is carrying out and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Their team is hard-working on-site. Upon discovering some further issues, he offered options on how to proceed, some of which involved more work but when he reached those decision points he was very clear and prompt as to what the benefit of the additonal work at the time. To my delight, everything was completed exactly as requested and on time. This level of service is rare these days, as many companies tend to overcharge and cut corners. However, TMP Allpro Services was different. Their communication about the team's arrival, the duration of the work, and the additional tasks they undertook demonstrated their true character.
